I dropped my car off at 8 and picked it…
I dropped my car off at 8 and picked it up around 530si I was without a car all day. The repair that was needed wasn’t an all day job. I’m probably being petty but I had hoped for a curtesy wash and vac oh well

Having purchased a new Kia Sorento from…
Having purchased a new Kia Sorento from this Crewe KIA dealership in Sep 2023. As of now Feb 24 I have still to receive the car registartion documents. I have contacted staff by telephone & email over the past 5 months & I have been constantly fobbed off with different stories. For me personally dealking with the Acorn Motor Group has been a real headache. This matter is still unresolved.

No problem with the work done on our car other than it taking an extra day. We were however given the courtesy car for free for that final 4th day.

Poor customer service for faults…
Poor customer service for faults reported on my van, they required me to rebook to find a fault that I reported on the day, plus the service is expensive compared to local garages.
