Been here for 20 days now trying to ride it out because of the money I paid, had nothing but shit of the reps for making bad reviews to the point they ignore us on the strip for telling the truth so many people gone home because their unsatisfied and feel like shit from this company, reps say their there to help you but anytime I’ve needed help I’ve either been ignored or had blunt rude replies. Got a motion activated light in our room which doesn’t turn off so hard to sleep, cannot turn aircon off so all got bad chests and coughs was told a rep was coming to fix never showed, so many promises made from certain reps that wasn’t fulfilled, reps are so rude felt nothing but left out since getting here. Only nice rep who always makes time to speak to us since putting bad reviews up is Ryan and mikey always happy and so friendly. Had dirty looks of one of the reps in big boys pizza, our accommodation is literally down a dark lane we’ve been followed by creepy men multiple times back to our home. We’ve had to pay for our own washing to be done like bedding ect when other workers accommodation get cleaners regularly fresh sheets and towels. Literally watched on cameras around our accommodation by owner Denis feel like we can’t do anything without being out too feels like we’re back at school, a friend come back for quiet afters the owner turned off our WATER for the whole day couldn’t shower flush the toilet brush teeth nothing. Human rights taken away, one rep thought this was amusing and said dont bring no one back if you don’t want your water being turned off when we was told the day it was turned off it was a power cut. And lied too
decided to cut my trip short as I can no longer do another day here
Honestly would never in my life come with this company again not got one good thing to say about it other then my roommates I’ve met and spent my time with
Mikey has been a help also just always really busy with his job! But he’s been amazing

i have came out with ace this year on the 1st of june and all of the reps have been extremely helpful especially kaela and molly they are such lovely girls and an absolute asset to the company!

Worst company ever the reps are disgusting in how they act paid £650 to be scammed vile experience only reps I liked was Kayla Demi and molly most supportive reps the guy reps was all rude and weird 😘

Worst company ive experienced. They lied about the accomadation we are staying in and put us at least 15 minutes away from the strip. We constantly get given out to by the man Dennis who owns the horrible accommodation we are in. We don’t get our sheets cleaned, bins taken out or fresh towels. We have to pay for it all ourselves. We didn’t get our air con remote for 9 days and our room is full of mosquiotos and moths. We were also told “this accommodation is way nicer than everyone else and we have a clean bathroom and pool”. We don’t have a pool it’s a handmade bath not a pool tbat goes to ur knee. Our shower is disgusting aswell and u have to hold it while u shower. The water doesn’t work half the time aswell and the place is just not what we were told. Selling the dream but it’s all a lie. Also constantly being monitored on the cameras like little children just because our friends come over to say hi. Just ridiculous to be honest not worth all the money we paid for this. And we have to stay till the 1st of July and to be honest donr think I can.

Before coming out ur promised the dream holiday. We paid €800 lies and bossing around. Feels like a school trip the reps constantly giving out. Our accommodation is down a dark street away from the strip as 4 girls and takes around 15 minutes to walk home. Yet we were promised accommodation on the strip which is what we all paid for. Took 9 days to get our air con remote that barely works. Our fridge leaks. Our tap is black with rust and our shower has a oder problem so everytime we come home the room stinks of must. We get monitored on the cameras. We have to walk 5 minutes with our rubbish down the road not even inside of our accommodation. You have to pay €40 to go to a laundromat to get bed sheets changed and washed. Yet the other worker's accommodation get there's for free. Our water has stages where it just doesn't work so no toilet no taps no shower works for the whole day sometimes. We also can't bring any friends back to OUR OWN apartment without the owner and reps complaining about us. €800 biggest scam ever !!

Since I’ve been here ,the reps have made me come out my shell and interact with people and it made me feel more confident and comfortable talking to other people,The induction week was fun and enjoyable and made memories that will last a lifetime .The only issue I had since been out here is that it’s nothing that I though it would be like ,as in they made it out to be that we would already have jobs in line for us to work but that’s wasn’t true we had to find work our self and it’s silly working 8 hours for €20-€30 a shift .Our rooms was vile and dirty ,we had a bad ant nest in our room so had had to move everything onto the spares beds we had .overall I have enjoyed my time that I had here .My favourite rep was Cory (welshy) as he has been understanding and help me come out my shell and made my days better when I’ve been feeling down without him knowing and never has failed to make anyone laugh or smile .Anyone that wants a good rep ,Cory is the man to go to .

The first week you’re out here is good, the reps organise a welcome package and everyone out here is nice and you meet good poeple. Corrie is the rep for the place I’m staying and he has been helpful and made us have a good time for the time I’ve been out here.
But unfortunately I’m leaving early as it’s not what I thought it was going to be like, if you like working for 40 euros (6-8 hours) I can’t live out here for two months with that money and if your just out here to have fun and drink you will like it, but unfortunately this isn’t my thing and you have to find a job out here which I thought they already have jobs out here lined up for us which it came across but if you have confidence and just wanna party all the time you will like it.

But corrie the rep has made my time here good for the time I’ve been here and made me come out of shell more.

My Napa rep Corrie showed me a class experience and had the best time and made friends for life defo recommend this company will meet people for a lifetime shout out to Welshy for always getting me drunk and looking after me and helping me find a job he’s the man 🍻

Best part of this experience for me was 100% the reps, Mikey and Kaela were always so so so helpful, such vibes and just made the time there so much better, should really be recognised for the passion and love they have for their jobs

Came out with ace at the beginning of may 2025, it was my first time doing anything like this and being 18 I was obviously very nervous but from the second I got here my reps Kaela and Mikey have made me and everyone else feel so welcome and comfortable. They helped us in getting jobs out here and are there on hand whenever we need them! Kaela is always so bubbly and making sure everyone is having such a good time!! Thank you ace it’s been unforgettable!

Came out to Zante with ace knowing nobody and got welcomed and helped out by the reps and they also helped me get my job in the first few days with good accommodations and events throughout the month very grateful for Mikey, Kaela and Kerrigan. Mikey has popped down to our room every day to check we’re all okay, would recommend ace to anyone

Corrie our rep from 1st May in Napa was helpful and reassured us with any questions. He kept us safe and looked after us. He has made it easy for us to want to go to Zante next year shout out to Welshy 🍻

My rep corrie made me feel welcome and got me smashed everyday and showed me a experience of a life time defo book with the company again had the best month and looking forward to go Zante next year shout out to welshy 🍻

There was loads of activities arranged, lots of fun to be had and a lot of great people to meet. My only complaint would be the organisation of the rooms as due to overbooking we were left with limited and rank facilities, which was promised. Our reps were amazing about it all and we have had the best time due to them.

I came out with Ace at the beginning of May 2025 and I have had the most amazing experience. My reps, Kaela and Mikey are the best of the best, Kaela has always ensured that everyone is having a great time, she is such a lovely girl and so fun to be around. Mikey is very approachable and has been so helpful throughout the entire experience, I could not have asked for better reps than them. I am so so glad that I have come out with Ace and I 100% would do it again!!

It's all just a scam! I tried to apply through their agency or whatever they are, but when you try to find out exact data about what it will be or how it will be, they will never tell you anything for sure. If you apply, try to find out what the salary is that you will receive or how many hours you will work in a month and you will see that you will not find out anything for sure. I also asked about accommodation how much it costs per month or absolutely necessary things about the university where you are going to go… you will not find out that either. All their jobs do not require experience which is extremely strange and last but not least they will never ask you about your CV. This is another big Red flag. Good luck with them. I've never left such a long review, but this time it was really necessary!

I spent two months in Ibiza with Ace Working Holidays, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Having always lived in London, I was craving something different and exciting. I decided to work as a party rep and bottle girl in Ibiza, and Ace made the whole process so smooth and easy.

Ace Working Holidays – Best Summer Ever!

Spent three months in Mallorca with Ace Working Holidays last summer, and it was honestly unreal! It was my first time working away from home, so I had no clue what to expect, but the reps were sound—helped me find a job, gave me tips on budgeting, and just made everything way easier.

Met so many people in the same boat, and the nights out were next level. If I ever needed advice or just someone to have a laugh with, the reps were always about. If you’re thinking about doing a season but not sure where to start, Ace is 100% the way to go!

Amazing company and great team always there to help with anything you might need! Would highly recommend to go through this company. Good honest helpful guys
