The entire staff is incredibly patient, helpful and polite. This is my second day after the operation, and I can happily say that I feel fantastic. The operation itself was very quick (probably no more than 10 minutes) and completely painless, and the nurse and doctors were extremely reassuring and attentive. Everyone has been great. I could not recommend this more.

Had the best experience with Natalia and the team. The service was impeccable and Natalia was incredibly thorough and explained everything that was going to happen. The surgery itself took only a few minutes and the surgeons were great at allaying any concerns or fears! Definitely recommend the team at Wetherby!

I have just had my final check and all is still absolutely brilliant.
I had the blended vision treatment in Sept 2019 and from start to finish have had an excellent experience. Natalia answered all my initial questions (fears!) with comforting knowledge and then completed all the check-ups to ensure continuity.
It took a while (3-4 months) for my eyes to get used to moving from outside light to inside but now it is not an issue.
In the interest of complete transparency the only tiny negative is night driving on tight country lanes. I mentioned this to Natalia and she advised me to get some glasses which she prescribed. This has sorted that problem, but having said that I think I have only worn them 2 or 3 times in the last 21 months!
All in all I highly recommend this process and AccuVision, and am extremely grateful to Natalia for her care; I will miss our fun conversations.

From start to finish, my experience with Accuvision at Parsons Green, London, has been incredible. They never once hounded me with sales calls like Optical Express did. I had my online Zoom appointment with Vik who was thorough with all the information and very friendly. I am an extremely nervous patient so for me, being in the right hands of nice and caring people was the most important part. I went to my consultation & eye testing with Vik a few weeks later, where I fainted, and Vik took such good care of me. I booked in to do my Lasik surgery two weeks later (so fast!) and I was beyond nervous. The entire team took incredible care of me. They all knew about how nervous I was, so they all took this into consideration and never once treated me just like another ordinary patient. They had a nurse in the operating room to hold my hand and they got me to count down from 50 when they were doing each eye. This helped me to relax and take my mind off it. The surgery was done in under 2 minutes each eye- absolutely incredible that it was done so quickly. I never felt a thing, as of course I had the anaesthetic drops and it wasn’t too uncomfortable either, just a little pressure.
They all congratulated me afterwards which made me feel really proud of myself to face such a great fear.
The next day I went to my follow up appointment and Vik took my contacts out and my vision was 20/20- less than 24 hours later, can you believe that?! It’s now 48 hours later and it feels like my vision is even better than it was yesterday.

I will be going back for many follow up appointments as well. They ask you to come back a week later, then one month after, three months after, six months after and then a year.

I could not have asked a better clinic to help me go through this scary process. I am over the moon with the entire process and the results. This was the best money I ever spent. I could not be happier! Thank you so much to the Accuvision team for changing my life.

I’ve just recently had my eyes lasered by Accuvision and I am more than grateful with what they have done for me not just on the day of my surgery but what they’ve done for me for life! My prescription was almost +9 and they’ve managed to get me down to a +2 and it will only get better as my eyes heal! So thankyou Accuvision for this life changing experience!!

I have kerataconus and have had it for 18 years.
I first went to Accuvision in 2008 and had surgery which involved UV cross-linking, this is not your standard laser eye surgery! I chose them because they were the only ones that I could find that could do this and at the time being an out-patient with Moorfields, had been told that I needed to lose 80% of my vision before they would operate!
Anyway I’ve had 3 ops in total with Accuvision as one eye developed it again after nearly a decade.
Treatment has been second to none and Vikash and the rest of the team treat you amazingly well.
My wife had lasik eye surgery there in 2011 as well.
100% recommendation from me.

Recently had my eyes done at the Wetherby clinic! Really couldn’t recommend enough, everything from start to finish has been perfect, and the service has been great. Just had my monthly review and couldn’t be happier with my sight! I was nervous but felt at ease with the staff, everyone has been so helpful especially Natalia. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing treatment & service from start to finish! The whole Accu Vision Team was very welcoming and explained the whole process in detail as well as answering every question I had. My experience with Accuvision in Solihull has been a breeze from my initial consultation until my treatment at the weekend. Professional friendly and courteous staff that treat you like a person and not just a customer. Treatment has been excellent and I can tell the difference after only a couple of days.

Had my consultation in March 2019 and surgery few months later in June at Parsons Green - all good! The consultation was open and transparent in terms of the potential results and the surgery itself was very quick and painless - only bit of discomfort when your eye is clamped open but thats normal and expected. I walked out of the surgery room and had a big smile when i could read the title of books on the shelf from a distance which i previously couldn't without glasses\contacts and then being able to read the train times at the station was just showing off!

The whole experience was fine with no pressure to go ahead and the decision was in my own hands and i'm glad i went ahead so like most people i wish i did it earlier so anyone out there who is considering surgery, go ahead and book that consultation!

Vikash was great and helpful throughout the whole journey and this gives you confidence when doing this type of surgery.

Minimal downtime for me - i was out and about driving the next day in my shades and back to work on the Monday after surgery on the Friday - no dramas!

Very pleasant with patients. Put at ease straight away

I had laser eye surgery in February 2021 at the Wetherby clinic and I have been delighted with both my care and results. Natalia is a genuine star who makes you feel so at ease, she explains everything so clearly - Her patient care is exemplary! Equally, the team on surgery day were just as welcoming. One of the surgical team went above and beyond to ensure I was ok from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I left, he was involved in the checks Natalia did and worked as an extra support in explaining my surgery.

My prescription was a little over fitting in with the requirements for the winter offer (-4.25 with very slight astigmatism) and so my quote came back at £3000. My initial video consultation to face to face consultation was around a week and then I booked in for my surgery around 2weeks after this. This was my first consultation with any company, I had done lots of research but the wealth of positive reviews for this company could not be ignored and boy did I make the right choice!

I Would 100% recommend Accuvision and their fantastic team. From the initial examination where they discovered I had keratoconus to having both my eyes corrected and the condition fixed the team have been not only been caring and considerate but genuinely interested in me and my family. From the start they told me my Keratoconus would be stopped and glasses would still be required but not as strong as they were. After having my surgery and doing an amazing job and aftercare I now have 20/20 vision and the Kerataconus has stopped. I felt safe and under excellent, knowledgeable care throughout. I couldnt recommend the team any more. Natalia, Dr Mathew's and the full team have been behind me from the start with full supportive service and aftercare and can't thank them or recommend them enough for changing my life. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Accuvision London to anyone considering laser eye surgery. From my first video consultation, to the procedure, and then aftercare, I had complete confidence in the care I received. I was extremely impressed with the expertise and professionalism of all of the staff- especially Vikesh.

I visited Accuvision in February 2021. I was worried that my eye treatment wouldn’t be exactly straightforward, as I had issues with ulcers in the past. I had my first appointment with a lovely optometrist named Shalona. She took the time to understand my situation, carried out a thorough check-up and explained that I could probably have LASIK if the condition of my eyes improves.

I was given step by step instructions of what to do and told that if the surgery can’t go ahead, I would get refunded the cost of my initial consultation. A month later, the surgery could go ahead. I was given a pack of useful information and received a call from one of the surgeons the day before to discuss any worries and talk it through.

The day of the surgery, I was very nervous but felt very much looked after. I met my surgeon Dr Takis, who was very calm, professional and took the time to go over the procedure again. I had another surgeon and a nurse present during the procedure as well and it became apparent that they were very experienced and that I was in good hands. The procedure was quick and painless.

Another lovely optometrist that looked after me after the procedure is Vik. My eyes were quite dry after LASIK (as I had ulcer scars from the past). I felt very supported by him and was given clear instructions on how to overcome the issue without complications. Overall, I am very happy with the results and highly recommend them!

I had laser correction yesterday and can see perfectly today. The staff were helpful, welcoming and reassuring. They were extremely patient and I felt like I was in good hands. Vikash and Anthony were really great. I have been wearing glasses for years and wish I had done this sooner.

Great clinic if you are after laser treatment. The care is second to none, I was made to feel so comfortable at every stage and always felt reassured that I was in good hands. The aftercare is also great. The consultants are absolutely lovely and the procedure itself was very quick. I attained 20/20 vision which feels amazing.
