Manish and staff from the Coventry branch were very professional and helpful. Due to the friendly experience I received I will be using Access storage for the next 12 months.

A special thank you to Manish (Manager) and Steve (Assistant Manager) — they were both extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the setup smooth and stress-free.
The facility is clean, well-organised, and feels secure, which is very important for me. Overall, the customer service really stood out, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage.

I was looking to store some furniture during a house move I wasn’t sure of the dates the staff were really helpful and accommodating when I had to change I was shown the different units before I made my mind up I would use these guys again

Easy move in process
Easy move in process, staff were friendly and polite, showed me to my unit and showed me how to access the unit. Fairly priced. So far so good!

Beware if circumstances change before moving
Whilst I appreciate taking a security deposit and even though it was only £10, I do t understand why, if your circumstances change - I didn't need the service so cancelled with notice - I have to chase my refund. After being told "within 3 to 4 working days, around Wednesday or Thursday 5th or 6th June" and then to have subsequent emails ignored seems poor. Perhaps it's just my local branch but I'd shop around.
Update: From bad to worse. Nearly 6 months on I get a generic reply but still no refund. Definitely stay away from these cowboys.

Exceptional Team
Wow! What an amazing team at Coventry! I have met all 4 staff, Mani, Steve, Andrew and the delightful Tanya. All are very professional, courteous and nothing is too much trouble. In addition, they have a great sense of humour and bring light to a sometimes tedious day.
The Christmas elf's have been busy in reception and it really makes you feel festive.

Absolute first class
Absolute first class. Far more interested in my requirements and flexible with price than the competition. All the staff have been great. The app, easy access and the secure unit all add to a great experience.
