Top service from Kris, Tamara and the team. Always there to help and make the process very easy. It’s my first time using self storage and if I need it in the future I’ll be using Access Storage on Acre Lane.

Acrelane Team always go above and beyond. James and Theo have provided top line service and helped in situations that they didn’t need to. I work in events and have had to make amendments to booking last minute and they are always supportive with getting my jobs done.

Excellent customer service by James and his sales team Tamara and front desk! Easy online process with quick responses from staff. Efficient, professional, responsive and very friendly. Storage set up is secure with an up to date coding system that changes daily for security reasons. Very good competitive pricing. I would definitely recommend Clapham Storage in Acre Lane. All the staff is a credit to the company! There was no hesitation for my 5 stars 🌟

Working abroad and I needed to get my things sent into storage. Access Storage was on hand to help. Nia called me to offer help and "help" she did offer; from the size of the storage I took, to offering help with the change of storage space, she took matters upon herself. I am truly proud of her and her cheerfulness.
She stayed the extra few minutes to ensure that my personal belongings were safe before she closed officially to go home. Thank you, Nia. Your help means a lot to me. Thank you

I am late writing this but I really had to make sure I did: the service at Access Acre Lane is OUTSTANDING. The lady on the phone was also OUTSTANDING.
So - my landlord is pure evil. He started building work in the house, due to be in my room - with NO notice. I immediately had panic attacks. I only googled the nearest storage. I was not expecting the lady on the phone to arrange a special deal, as they had run out of small 25ft units and managed to score me a 50ft unit at a slightly cheaper rate.
As I was freaking out and had no idea what I was doing, having (Michelle? not sure) sort me out, be calm and courteous, and also very knowledgeable, was an absolute godsend. I am so grateful to her! She made me feel not only better (I stopped crying) but also more secure (your stuff is going to be safe and we can sort you attitude).
Onto the actual place. The location is amazingly convenient and the driveway and gates are easy to access but very secure. The desk staff (argh i'm sorry i cant remember your names!) were so lovely and also very knowledgeable and calming. They explained everything so nicely and clearly - I was expecting to be very confused by it all, but the process was really easy!
They explained extra charges like insurance and a brand new lock so I wasn't in the dark about anything or hit with surprise charges.
The entire place is super clean and well looked after. There are CCTV everywhere and it's well lit so I wasn't scared going by myself (i am a 5ft tall woman) and was happy my stuff was SAFE!!!!!
They are 24hr if you call them up to arrange, which is also very easy. The app works well.
I just wanna say if you're in brixton, and need space, go see these guys. They saved my life and my stuff, during a time of high stress. I still havent found a new gaff to live but I know my belongings are safe, dry, not damp, contained and SORTED <3
I cannot recommend these guys enough. Ladies, the ladies at Access are awesome. I did not feel talked down at by anyone!

The staff Priscilla, Nia and Errol were a great help in my first time using this service to help store items of mine.

Nia! She made our whole move and experience so easy and was beyond helpful! Honestly we had a quite a bit of back and forth due to my indecisiveness and she helped all the way through and made our decision in the end so easy. Really nice person and incredible at her job. 10 out of 5 STARS!

Attentive staff who are humble and helpful

I paid over £450/month for a storage unit at this place for months.
It has been a disaster from the beginning. They failed to keep available the storage unit they first showed and promised me. Then they failed to support me with some basic requests. Lastly, when I asked to downsize, they wanted me to pay for two storage units for a whole week in case I was transferring my items on that same day: the rationale was I should give one week notice. I explained I was traveling from far away but Earl, the employee, said it was not his problem. Keep in mind they have dozens of vacant storage units, and I have already given them over £3,000.
Then I asked them to show me a 2 sqm storage room (£96/month) and they showed me a tiny room of 1.5sqm with a column in the middle! I showed him how much smaller than 2 sqm it was and he said: that's what we are offering you. Earl was so rude I asked him to speak to his manager and he said I was not meeting anyone else.
At that point I decided to leave and change provider, and I found a cheaper option nearby for a larger space. Only at that point Earl started offering a discount and larger spaces for cheaper amount.
I stioll decided to leave. On the Monday, a manager contacted me and I asked them to call me back. Never heard from them. AVOID. And they also should hire more polite and customer friendly people. Awful

I would to thank the staff at your Clapham (Acre Lane) store for all of their help and assistance that they provided to me today. They are top draw in terms of customer service and geninely nice people who are a credit tobyour organisation.

Complained about all the mouse poo and damage to our possessions and received no apology whatsoever and have been bluntly told to contact our own insurance provider. This was after weeks of me chasing. Horrendously rude customer service. I will never ever use one of your storage units ever again and have shared this horror story with all my friends and family. I really wish I could share images here of all the damage just to show any would be customers just how awful your mice problem clearly is.
