From the very beginning i felt like i mattered the personal service was great staff only to happy to help held off advertising until i was ready to sell with no pressure once i decided to sell every thing moved very fast every thing was done too a really good standard and from beginning to end 14 days to set up advertise and sell through two bank holiday weekends so really fast friendly and professional

From the outset Stephen provided us with piece of mind on the sale of my late father's property. He showed great empathy with our recent and still raw loss and has been patient, kind and attentive in supporting us through the sale process. Nothing is too much trouble. The rest of the team are also friendly, professional and always keep you up to date. We have also used Aberdein Consideine's legal services and found them to be of the same high standard. Alison demonstrated great empathy with our situation and patiently explained the process to us. Stephen and his team have taken away the stress and worry and their support has been a comfort to us during what has been a difficult time.

We recently bought & sold through Aberdein Consindine Stirling branch. After searching for a suitable property for a few years we had experienced viewings with probably all of the estate agencies in the area. Even from arranging the viewing to see the house we bought we found AC to be really accommodating & flexible. We were shown our house on 2 separate occasions separately as we work different times. Both times we were shown around by Alison who we both found to be personable & professional. We had such a pleasant experience that we decided to list our property with AC & again had a great experience with our agent Stephen. Even the photographer who came to photograph our previous house was so lovely. Whenever we needed advice or had questions Sara in the office was always very quick to respond & again lovely to deal with. They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do but thanks to Aberdein Consindine the whole process was pretty painless. Stephen and his team have facilitated the sale of three houses for my wife and I and the service provided across the board has been excellent on each occasion.
