I haven’t sold a house in 30 years so was all very unfamiliar. From the minute Stephen Simpson came to speak to us everything was just so easy. The whole team were very informative about viewings and feedback. Our house sold within 2 weeks.

Having used the services of Aberdein Considine previously, we were confident that they would be the best estate agent and solicitor to guide us through the recent sale of our home and purchase of our next home. Stirling branch manager, Stephen Simpson was excellent from the off and had our home on the market extremely quickly and kept us fully informed throughout the process. The team were great throughout and kept us fully updated on all viewings, feedback from viewings and offers made. The online sale tracker was also a brilliant feature. Our property was sold after just 6 days on the market and Stephen and his team made the whole process as straightforward as possible. I chose Aberden Conserdine to market my mum's plot of land as I walk past it every day and it was handy for my work. I am so glad I did Stephen and his staff were great, they were so supportive as this was part of mum's estate. In my recent experience with this company I felt I had first class service. Stephen Simpson, branch manager, guided me carefully through all the steps. He was constantly on hand and available for advice and was always
able to evidence why that advice was given. He was exceptionally good at phoning around on my behalf which made me feel genuinely valued.
Once the property was on the market the communication from the ladies in the office was fabulous. I was very impressed at just how organised, communicative and enthusiastic they ALL were. A very friendly and professional service.
