Alison, Allan, Jade and Hannah have been absolutely fantastic from dealing with my mortgage application, advertising my house which had 44 viewings in 1 week which sold in that week, to all the legal work in selling and purchasing.
My house purchase was no easy situation and even now I have moved in, Jade and Hannah are still assisting me with issues incurred.
Why use separate organisations when Aberdein Considine do it all for you and their costings are very good too. Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to use them and wouldn't consider anyone else.

We used Aberdein Considine Shawlands to buy our first property a number of years ago. Having had a good experience using their legal team and mortgage broker we decided to use them again to sell our property. The experience was made so easy and it was a huge benefit having the sales agent, mortgage broker and lawyer all under the one roof. This meant there were no delays in getting responses and everyone was working together. Their fees were also very fair. 100% recommend.

Jade was excellent throughout the process of us purchasing our first home! She ensured the process was stress free as she kept us updated at all times, was always very responsive and friendly. We used Allan for our mortgage and keeping this under the one roof made it all run smooth. I would 100% recommend Jade and Allan to anyone!

Everyone i came into contact with at the company were very helpful, professional and easy to deal with. We used the Estate Agency and Legal team and they were all a pleasure to do business with.
