We recently sold our flat in the South Side of Glasgow via Alison Nelson at Aberdeen Considine and we are delighted with how the everything was handles from start to finish. We had a number of viewings at the start but with a lack of hard offers. We had told Alison what we wanted to achieve with the sale, we then had 3 potential offers and Alison advised to put it straight to a closing date and we are delighted to say Alison achieved more than we actually thought we could have achieved!

They also handled all our legal side and Douglas and Hanah were excellent in handling this, we would definitely use again.

Great service from very helpful staff. Bought and sold property and had a few issues but these were resolved speedily by all at the branch. Douglas, Susan and Alison were able to sort out any issues and were very efficient with all communication. Felt like we were kept involved in decisions and our opinions were listened to.

Sold our property through the company and it was such a positive experience. Alison was so efficient with everything, from booking viewings to providing helpful advice throughout the process. Update November 2023:
Had to update this as following the completion of our house sale we were contacted by Aberdein Considine a month ago telling us that we were undercharged and that we owed £20. This was entirely their mistake as it was they themselves that took their fee directly from the house sale. To be chased several times and threatened with a debt recovery team over their admin error means that I can no longer recommend their services. During the sale they were grand to deal with but the fact that months later they demanded we pay for their admin mistake has left a sour taste in our mouths.

We sold our house in Glasgow and bought one in Aberdeen. Aberdein Considine dealt with the entire process seamlessly. All the staff were amazing and we were delighted with the service.

Top advice... Very helpful with information and advice. I was kept informed about each step in the selling process. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Aberdeen Considine.

Jade was our acting solicitor, who always made herself available to answer any questions we had (of which we had many as first time buyers). We are thankful to have had someone acting on our behalf/in our interests to such a high degree of care and professionalism, particularly given our utter lack of knowledge in the process of purchasing a home! We also used their mortgage brokering service, with Michael able to get us a better rate than what we could source on our own. All in all, a positive experience all round.

We used Rory Taylor Aberdein Considine to arrange our mortgage, the estate agents to market our property and as our solicitors for our sale and purchase of our new property. We had a few issues caused by our buyer and the whole team could not have been more helpful or reassuring. Following my mother's passing, I engaged Aberdein Considine to sell her property on behalf of me and my sister. We also used AC's solicitor team to deal with the transaction. Here are my reasons for giving such a glowing and well-earned review: 1. Trust - all AC staff gained my trust from the outset with their open and transparent pricing structures and no false promises being made - what we saw is what we got. 2. Communication - from first to last all communications, updates, progress reports and feedback have been dealt with timeously and very professionally. 3. High standards - we have been impressed at every stage - practical things, like positioning of the for sale board at the beginning and making sure it was removed at the end - the standard of photography and videography used on the schedule/online sales materials etc. Team Work - everybody in the sales/legal teams in the Shawlands office seemed to have a handle on our property and who we were as their customers - and dealt well with whatever issue was raised, whether they were our principal point of contact or not.
