I found the Dyce team to be very professional in all areas when selling my mum's house after she passed away.
The team gave accurate advice kept me informed at every step and notified me of viewings and feedback from the viewers, all done in a friendly manner.
They got the house sold in no time at all.

Great customer service

Excellent Service at AC&Co Dyce
Would highly recommend Aberdein Considine, and particularly the staff at the Dyce office - we bought our first home through them, and the whole process from getting the mortgage to the legal purchase of the house was managed in such a professional smooth manner. Every person we dealt with made a concerted effort to go above and beyond, ensuring we were kept updated and informed. Really impressed with and grateful for their expertise - highly recommended!!
