This Estate Agent seems to be going from strength to strength. The Glasgow Byres Road team are thoroughy professional. We got good advice on the marketing side from Matt Mundy. Jennifer Bryce provided good advice on choosing which offer to take and how to manage to happy conclusion for buyer and seller. The legal side was handled by Gavin Crowe and Thomas Fowler, who were approachable and gave good advice at crucial decision points. The sales costs were very competitive. We got excellent service throughout. Strongly recommend.

Stayed in regular contact and kept us up to date throughout the whole process and helped us obtain a great price for our property while always being honest and realistic about the market. The Glasgow West End Branch of Aberdein Considine have been excellent, attentive and very communicative throughout the sale of my property. From the beginning, Matt, the property valuer showed an excellent level of attention to detail for getting our flat viewing-ready. Both Jennifer and Rebecca from the branch organised a number of viewings and phoned and emailed regularly with updates to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout, always friendly and engaging and I would highly recommend their services.

Jennifer was great from the start. She explained who they were and what they did and how they achieve their results.
They promised a good result and to achieve in excess of the Home Office report which I though would be difficult in the present circumstances. However every thing they said was right and final offer was much higher than expected.
All of this was done in a very timely fashion with great communication.
