Aberdein Considine Byres Rd Team were fantastic to deal with. Matt came out to value my mums property a year before it actually went up for sale. His approach was very professional and put me at ease. I received a monthly call from both him and staff to see if I was ready to put on market. Due to this level of commitment I decided there could not be any other agent that I could use and was not disappointed. I ended up having 2 properties to sell at same time and Jennifer was excellent at updating and reassuring me at every step. Solicitor Jade Kinninmont had a very difficult job on her hands as many parties to be dealt with at same time. She handling this very professionally and very good communication which is obviously very important. Zoe from Legal Team was also very good and again very patient and efficient.
I have recommended AC to others and they are have been delighted with service too.

I have absolutely loved working with the Glasgow team. Nothing but professional and friendly from start to finish. We worked closely with Matt and Jennifer and their advice has been so helpful throughout the process, any questions we had were responded to super quick and a few viewers to our flat also commented about on how helpful and responsive the team has been. I approached Aberdein Considine last year with a view of selling my house explaining I had a tenant not paying rent and that I was having to evict her. Matt came out had a look and then kept in touch with me to see what my position was like. After evicting the tenant in February Matt Munday came back and got things rolling very quickly. I found them AC very efficient, Jennifer Bryce kept me informed re viewings, the photographer they used was very professional. The service we got from Jade Kinninmont was very good but another office dealt with some of the paperwork in settling the sale of a late relative's flat and this seemed a bit slow to get sorted and some of it was incorrect.
