I recently sold a house with Aberdein Considine Byres Road and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From initial advice and valuation through to marketing, viewing and processing offers, the team were great to deal with - professional, knowledgable and friendly. Once the house was sold the legal team in Byres Rd and Aberdeen kept me informed and worked to have the sale completed within 6 weeks of accepting the offer.

This was my first time selling a property and I’m so glad I used AC. I will absolutely use them in future and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely great experience of using Aberdein Considine for the purchase of our house. Jade was our Solicitor and was very professional and approachable throughout. From the very first phone call to the last. What should have been a straight forward purchase from our Landlord ended up with several delays towards the end (nothing to do with AC though) however Jade and Caroline ensured we got it over the line in time.
