The team at Ab Con at Banchory very professional from the start. Helpful, friendly, always clear and concise. They made the process of moving very smooth and hassle free. Each person we dealt with were able to answer our questions. Never in our dreams did we think our property would sell within in six days, that was beyond our expectations. They never pressurised us to find our next property quickly merely reassured us and advised us not to rush into anything that we weren't happy with. It all fell into place and between them and our removals firm, our move was very smooth.

The team were extremely helpful And friendly. If I had any queries They dealt with them very efficiently.

I was worried sick and they literally made every problem go away with zero effort from me which is a drastic contrast to my last solicitor who I payed a fortune for and did most of the leg work.
