The workshop on "Master's while Preserving your Mental Health" was amazing! I'm actually a PhD candidate and all the tips and study methods that Paulina shared were super helpful to structure all my tasks in a more realistic and productive way, since I tend to panic and procrastinate a lot. The jam board with the post its and interacting with others was very cool as well!

Just sat through my first seminar on applying for a PhD (Narrowing in on research topic, etc) and it was very helpful. It was only recently that I decided to do a PhD and I was feeling a bit lost about where to start, especially because I am the first one in my close family to decide to do one.
