The team arrived on time, maybe even slightly early. Team was clear about the process and brought noticeable energy to the unloading. Receiving my goods after some time in storage, I was reminded of how well packaged my goods were. Great experience start to finish.

the packing teams are great
I want to send everyone a big thank you for getting all my books, shelves and furniture to Vietnam in one piece. Well, many many pieces (items) but nothing broken, all in good order. Thanks to the packing teams especially - they guys in Nottingham, and the unpackers in Ho Chi Minh City - all great, super efficient, and fast.

Great team and Great Service
The team in the office were very helpful and patient.
The two guys that came to pack up paintings were friendly professional , tidy and very efficient and exceeded my expectations.

Very careful and courteous service
Very careful and courteous service. The team were most considerate of our home and possessions, and took the time needed to unpack and position our belongings. We were impressed that we were not tired at the end of the delivery process, but instead felt 'at home' and comfortable.

From the initial visit for quotation to…
From the initial visit for quotation to the final loading of the vans, the process has been very smooth. Complicated issues like an intricate chandelier and a grand piano presented no problems and Abels managed a stressful time for us impeccably.

Excellent quality of service
First class service and support from beginning to end. The moving team was very professional and they packed all furniture with care and everything arrived unscathed and on time. Special thanks to Jayne Eastick for her support throughout the moving process and to Peter D'Arcy for his assistance during the home survey. I am very pleased with Abels and I would highly recommend!

Efficient delivery of shipment
Arrival at appointed time. Efficient unloading and unpacking. Polite and well behaved staff.
We had to wait for almost one month for the shipment to be delivered to final destination. Arrived at Abels' warehouse on August 19 and and finally delivered on September 16.

A rug was laid in the hallway to protect the floorings. The boxes were moved carefully and stacked nicely.

Almost three times as expensive as the average quote we got for our removals. Not sure on the justification for the quote yet as they didn’t seem to be offering a more premium service than their competitors.

Abels seemed very professional and efficient - but they quoted me 3 x times as much compared to what I actually got the job done for by another professional moving company.

Superb customer service
Superb customer service from both the Paul, Jade and the admin team in the office to the two teams who packed up and delivered all our household goods to our new home in France. Nothing was too much trouble and communications with everyone was quick and helpful. I would highly recommend Abals as a removal company.
