Great experience, very supportive and understanding staff who helped us through some tough times. Very different experience going through treatment during covid pandemic but clinic continued to offer service and accommodate us as much as they were allowed.

We started our ivf not noing what could happen. October 2020 and I started my medication had my scans while all this the staff at abc were absolutely amazing they answered every question I asked, when I was worries they helped..
I had my egg collection and they phone to say how many had fertilised and what grades.. the I went back for a day 5 transfer.. I then got a phone call to say a huge congratulations it had worked, we went back for a 6 week scan and the nurse got so excited she couldn't wait to show us the heartbeat.. now I am at home with my 9 week old son and hes perfect in every way... thank you for everything

The team are all nice and friendly. Mainly
Nurse led but to go through more In depth treatment side there is constilants to speak to if you like.
Clinic nice atmosphere and relaxing.
Danielle the clinic manager is really helpful and will explain things as much as you like.

ABC made my dream come true it was a hard road but so worth it the team was so good through my whole treatment and if I needed anything they was only a phone call away and happy to help I had one round of ivf and it worked first time I now have a beautiful little boy who it 6 weeks old I can’t thank Beth and the Consultant man who made my dream come true Beth was so kind and holded my hand when I was scared I can’t thank them all enough for making my dream come true

Nurses are fantastic, in clinic
Good luck getting into contact with anyone via email or phone except the call centre if you are outside of the clinic
Too many hidden costs not explained or mentioned, extra medication, freezing, certain blood tests required to continue etc
When you are phoned, the information is thrown around like its no big deal, even if it is bad news which it is more than 50 percent of the time.

During our time at ABC we have had a fantastic experience including great customer service and care.

All our needs have been met and the team is always accommodating.

Would definitely recommend this clinic.

We can not thank ABC and Create Fertility enough. They really are amazing. So personal and really make you feel at ease in what is such an emotionally difficult time. Thanks to them we are pregnant with our miracle due later in the year. I genuinely believe without them we would never have been this lucky.
Amazing communication, so accommodating, settled any worries and so reassuring.

Abc have been brilliant from the first consultation all the way through to our embryo freeze. All the staff are lovely and always on hand to help with any questions. This is our first round of ivf and although it isn't over yet as we have had to freeze our embryos, they have made it much less stressful than I thought it was going to be. Everything has been made clear from the begining, all the way through. Thankyou : )

After 12 years of trying to conceive and suffering 2 ectopic pregnancies leaving me with blocked tubes me and my partner looked into ivf treatment. We found abc ivf clinic after searching the internet for clinics in our area that didnt charge ridiculous prices we was abit sceptical as the prices seemed to good to be true but after booking a consultation and meeting the wonderful staff we decide to go ahead with treatment. Everything was included in the price shown there was no hidden costs or add ons, the staff was amazing and answered all our questions throughout the whole process. We started treatment the next month and was so lucky on the first cycle to get the news we'd been waiting all these years to hear everything had gone to plan and i was pregnant. ABC Manchester have been amazing, my cycle was treated completely as my own and they took every circumstance into consideration and taylored as required. They have been great answering any questions we have had and i always get an email response to any email questions i have sent very promptly.
I’m so glad i chose ABC manchester even though its a 2 hour journey for me as everyone from all the nurses, consultants and patient coordinator have been absolutely amazing!

We’ve only just started our ABC IVF journey. From the initial consultation and scan, to liaising with the patient coordinator everything has been easy to navigate, and responses to emails and questions prompt. We are currently waiting for bloods and semen tests/results before being given our protocol. Everyone we have met and been in contact with have been kind, caring and helpful.

We have had the most amazing experience with Create/ABC. I must have emailed over 50 questions and have never felt like it’s been a problem. Very lovely staff and a nice personal experience. We have 4 top grade embryos in the freezer and can’t wait to book in for our FET at this wonderful clinic next month. We would recommend them to anyone who is worried about starting their IVF journey as our experience has been faultless from start to finish.

Our journey:

After 2 years of trying to conceive and medical tests and procedures me and my husband where told we had a very low chance of naturally conceiving a baby and so we began our search of highly rated ivf clinics.
As you can imagine prices can vary and unfortunately for us our local clinic was more than we even imagined.
Feeling low and doubting we would be able to even afford this treatment we decided to look further a field and ended up finding ABC fertility in Winslow and the price for exactly the same treatment was a huge difference and affordable for us.
Delighted we sent our details and requested an appointment.
We traveled down to see the consultant to discuss the right treatment plan for us, at first things were not looking good as our personal results where on the low side to be accepted on to a treatment plan we where devastated.
BUT our consultant wanted to try but always made it clear that nothing is guaranteed to work but although things were low they was healthy So we agreed and our journey began.
That was in November 2019 and so after Christmas at the beginning of January I received my injections that I was to administer twice a day for a few weeks, then a different one before my procedure.
Whilst this was happening I had three scans every other day to check that my body was responding the way it should and that my eggs where realising.
Everything was well explained and easy to follow.
I had my eggs collected Mid January which went very well 6 good eggs where collected, every one was lovely and as I’d never been anaesthetised before I was a little nervous but I soon felt relaxed.
My husbands sperm was injected into 4 of my eggs and the best was selected to be placed in my uterus ( all my eggs where very good and mutating the way they should so we chose to pay extra a freeze the other 3)
Jan 27th 2020 I went to have my now fertilised eggs placed in my uterus, again the procedure went well and I was relaxed and happy through out.
Then we had to wait a few weeks and each day I had to administer a Suppository to make a good environment for my egg to attach.
Feb 7th 2020 POSITIVE PREGNANCY TEST
We couldn’t believe it even after 6 tests
But it was true we were over the moon and so grateful to the whole abc team.
I gave birth Naturally to our gorgeous son Hewson Edge on 2/10/20 weighing 9lb 8oz
With no problems or complications
Now we have a beautiful, healthy 4 month old.

Our first cycle with ABC at create was actually our third cycle of IVF, we had previously had two unsuccessful cycles at another clinic.
We found all the staff to be friendly, professional and informative from start to finish and delighted with the outcome as we now have a happy and healthy baby boy!

The staff are friendly and so caring. I have had an amazing experience with abcivf. After an initial slow start to it where we had started off under the London branch and I was informed I needed to get my thyroid levels under control we were then transferred to the manchester clinic after it had opened due to it being nearer to where we lived which made the rest of the experience easier for us. We had our treatment at the beginning of the year which gave me 2 viable embryos, one of which was out back and the other frozen. Unfortunately the first embryo didn't implant. After waiting a month we went back to have our final embryo thawed and transferred just as the lockdown was announced. I am pleased to be able to say that on the 11th of December I finally welcomed our little boy into this world after me and my husband had been trying for 5 years. I cannot fault this clinic at all. They gave us so much confidence all the way through that they would be able to help us achieve our goal.

Despite 2 negative tests and no success with my treatment my experience at abc fertility has been good. Professional and friendly.

Fantastic clinic staff are so helpful and welcoming nothing is to much for them they make your ivf journey so stress free as they give you so much information and are alway there to answer any questions for you would highly recommend
