Awful communication the whole way through, makes what is expected to be an exciting yet scary time, into a very stress filled process. Can never get hold of people, and have to chase them up about things constantly and no real coordination actually occurs.

On two occasions we had to go back down for bloods shortly after just being at the clinic, due to poor organisation, which was very upsetting as we live 6 hours drive away, and the second time, we had specifically asked if there were any bloods needed that we could do while we were there, and were told no.

On one occasion my partner was told by a doctor that because she was young, she would only need 1 or 2 rounds of IVF and since we’d had one failed round already, this round would work and she would get pregnant. Which is really not something you should state to a client, when there is always a chance it will not work.

After our last negative test we were told by the nurse that phoned, that someone would be in touch with next steps, 1 week later we had still heard nothing, we decided to leave the clinic, as it was clear we had once again been forgotten, and we just felt abandoned.

Everything feels very drawn out, and at our new clinic, the time between egg collection and transfer was exactly half the time as it was at ABC Manchester.

When starting our ivf journey we was very nervous, but abc ivf made us comfortable at every step. They went above and beyond for us! Now I’m sat with my 11 weeks old baby boy all thanks to them

The process was well explained and we had help and support every step of the way.

I'd highly recommend Wilmslow as somewhere to make a tough journey a little more bearable and less dawnting.

When things didnt go to plan. They worked hard to advise the next steps and kept us calm and possitive.

Me and my fiancé same sex couple come to clinic for IVF treatment they were absolutely amazing and always kept in touch with everything In regards to our treatment. We have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl and couldn't thank the clinic enough for making our dream come true. We will be back to use rest of our eggs to try for another baby.

My experience with abc is a rollercoaster I’ve had 5 rounds of IVF here and finally I have my miracle baby boy . I did 4 rounds the way the consultant wanted me to do the rounds ie meds and only one embryo transferred. The last round was my decision and I had many more meds and 2 embryos transferred and my boy is here . Staff are lovely. I did think they was money making at one point but then they agreed with what I asked for and I’m so glad I did and went with my heart. So i would use them again just because I no now what I need to get a positive outcome also I have frozen embryos in storage there with them . If I didn’t I would have been tempted to use someone else. So mixed reviews from myself. But I would like to thank abc because without them I wouldn’t have my special boy .

Today we're overjoyed to share that we've been discharged from ABC (Wilmslow) after our 8-week pregnancy scan following our successful experience with reciprocal IVF on the first round. The ABC team have been absolutely outstanding throughout these past few months.

From our initial consultation at ABC, which revealed some unknown complex issues, Emily's professionalism and warmth put us completely at ease, so much so we personally requested her for all our subsequent appointments.

Words cannot justify how happy i am with Create Manchester. Our creator gave me a beautiful son through the means of create fertility in April 2023. We had one ICSI cycle and over the moon to obtain 4 good quality embryos. The first 2 FET transfers unfortunately did not work as the embryos did not implant (5AB and 3BB). We were grateful to our lord that we were successful on the third FET transfer as 3Bc Implanted. We have last remaining 3Bc left in storage. Cannot recommend Create Manchester enough. Absolutely amazing staff, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Always there to answer any question. A place to go to start your dreams. The staff are very caring and gave the love, care attention. My heart and prays goes out to those who are still waiting
