Can’t thank ABC IVF enough! We started treatment last March (with initial appointment in Feb!) and welcomed our baby boy in December.
The team (especially Katie) were amazing and explained everything clearly and gave close monitoring. We were fortunate enough for treatment to work first time.
I was initially worried about cost but everything was clear and there was no pressure/hard sell or additional costs.

Our IVF journey pushed us in ways we never imagined. The long waits, daily injections, and the heartbreak of a failed first round left us emotionally and physically exhausted, and there were moments we truly felt lost.

From the very beginning, Katie and the rest of the team met us with such kindness, empathy, and understanding. They held hope for us when we couldn’t hold it ourselves. Every appointment, every phone call, and every word of reassurance reminded us that we were not alone.

With the incredible care of the team , expertise, and unwavering belief in us, our second round was successful, and we have now welcomed our beautiful baby into the world. We couldn't recommend abc ivf enough for fertility journey. Communication, staff and patient care was outstanding. After 2 rounds we finally have our baby girl which myself and my wife will be forever grateful for. Katie B is the kindest soul with fantastic knowledge and patient care.

not only do they do payment plans which makes any fertility treatment you might be looking for more accessible, they were so kind, the team i was put with helped me tremendously, and i have had a successful result! baby is healthy, and i can’t thank the clinic enough for helping that happen. would recommend again and again to everyone.

We’ve had a long and difficult fertility journey, which eventually led us from our previous care providers to ABC IVF. From the very beginning, starting with the online seminar for new patients, we felt that ABC IVF truly cared. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the fertility process, transparent about funding, and focused on explaining what was happening and why.

Every staff member we encountered was lovely—Katie, Lucinda, and Eleanor were all so kind and supportive throughout the process. The clinic itself is a really welcoming and comfortable space, and they were always flexible with appointment times, fitting us in around work.

Our first cycle at ABC IVF was unsuccessful, which was worrying given our past experiences, but Lucinda took the time to listen, reassured us, and developed a new treatment plan. That plan was successful, and we are now the proud parents of a little boy.

The journey was especially challenging as a same-sex couple. We didn’t qualify for funding for our first child, and then funding laws changed between our first and second children, meaning same-sex couples were funded for their first child—but by then, we already had one. This added significant financial pressure on top of the emotional stress of fertility treatment.

Despite these challenges, we are so glad we moved to ABC IVF. Their care, expertise, flexibility, and support made all the difference. I would also recommend anyone pursuing treatment for a second child to consider their options rather than sticking with Care Fertility at Leeds—even with the expense of moving your samples, you are likely to find more affordable and, in my opinion, better care elsewhere. We would highly recommend ABC IVF, especially to same-sex couples without significant fertility problems.

The staff were incredibly attentive and helped us through the entire process from start to finish. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done.

Our experience with ABC IVF Leeds has been amazing from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel so welcome, the reception team are always friendly and reassuring, which really helps during such an emotional journey.

I did feel that communication with the patient coordinators was a little limited, as I mostly heard from them to repeat information already shared by the nurses, and there wasn’t a direct line to contact them if I had questions. However, the nurses, especially Katie, more than made up for this. Katie has been incredible throughout the whole process: supportive, kind, and always there when I needed advice or reassurance.

This was our very first round of IVF, and we’re now 9 weeks pregnant! We couldn’t be more grateful to the team at ABC IVF Leeds for helping us make this dream come true.

We had an amazing experience with abc from start to finish! Highly recommend them, the staff are so accommodating and reassuring all the way through. We had one round and although it resulted in one and only embryo! Our little miracle is on the way and will arrive in June! We had 0 issues with them and the communication was incredible. 10/10

We are so grateful for our sibling transfer with abc Leeds. We first went to their satellite clinic in the city centre and had a successful FET, when we went to the new clinic in Tingley we were so pleased to have the same team the second time too.

Each step was so well explained and I felt like it was never any trouble to ask questions or have something explained to me again. I was fortunate enough to have a second successful pregnancy and they still checked in throughout. I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you ♥️

Thank you so much to all the staff at ABC Leeds. ABC was so much more affordable than other clinics, the process was so straight forward and we were lucky enough to only need one round to get our baby boy. Everyone is so friendly, understanding and reassuring. We would definitely recommend ABC.

I cannot fault the Leeds clinic. All the staff were lovely and genuinely made each visit enjoyable. Katie, Eleanor and Lucinda were amazing with us from start to finish. I had one round of IVF which was successful. During our scan with the clinic Katie and Eleanor were conducting the scan. I think we all teared up and I feel like that moment will be stay with us all forever. I never for a second thought I’d have a baby, I cannot thank everyone enough. Even the embryologists and the doctors doing the retrieval and transfers were all very warm. I asked the embryologist if she could give me a print out of our now son’s embryo before being transferred. I now have this made into a piece of art to cherish and marvel over. We had an excellent experience at ABC IVF Leeds clinic. All the staff were excellent from our first contact. We travelled from Scotland as we felt Abc was the best option for us going through our first round and I had heard great things about them. Everyone always made us feel so safe and informed.

We were so lucky that our 1st round with ABC was successful and we now have our beautiful baby girl. I would definitely recommend ABC to anyone looking into starting IVF.

I wanted to recommend the clinic with all my heart. Thanks to the clinic, my partner and I are having our dream child. We have been waiting for this happiness for 10 years, the team at the clinic is very helpful and friendly. We received great support and great care during the whole process.

We were very lucky to have a successful pregnancy on our first round through ABC. The value for money they offer is excellent and we didn’t feel that we received a lesser service. All the key things you need to achieve a successful outcome are included, it just strips away any unnecessary costly elements. The only thing I think needs to be made clearer in their marketing and comms is that this is “mild IVF” this wasn’t really well explained to us until I was worried as to why I only had 3 mature follicles on one of my scans when you hear most people doing IVF in their 30s have 10+. It’s because they give you lower doses here of stimulants. The nurse explained they aim for quality over quantity here and in the end I only had one day 3 viable embryo but it only took that one! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. You can’t knock it for the price!

We are overjoyed to share that our beautiful baby boy, Caleb Peter McGowan, arrived safely on January 14, 2025, at 7:14 AM, weighing 6lb 10oz.
