I ordered custom sheets for my "short queen". mattress. While the package listed the correct dimensions, the fitted sheet was wildly too large. 12" too wide and doubt 5" too long. In my estimation it was a sized for a King.

While their website says they answer back between 24 and 35 hours, they did not. I have sent a second email but am not expecting much. I'll work with my credit card company to resolve the issue.

I purchased 2 personalized Baby Lovey's as gifts. I expected my personalization to look like the pictured sample and one did but smaller than expected. The other was even smaller and the first letter was crooked. I sent pictures and asked for a replacement which a week later I had to prompt them again. They apologized and said that they didn't feel the first letter was crooked but said they would send another one out. Five weeks later I reached out asking where my replacement was and another week goes by before they said it was sent out 2 weeks ago. So according to them 9 weeks and no tracking information for me. The product was nice but their customer service is awful.

I have ordered a custom fitted sheet. The sizing on the sheet I received is completely off. After two emails and a voicemail, i am still waiting on a response from this company.

This company is amazing! I ordered a moses basket for my granddaughter in white. When I changed my mind and wanted to change the color to ecru, I emailed them and got an immediate response saying my order had been updated. I even received a call from them. Yesterday it arrived after and only a few days and it is gorgeous! Be confident buying from them….they will not disappoint. Thank you for being a company of integrity

Images are fraudulent and do not represent the product. Copied images from my site (pawsheets.com) and are using them on their site as their own. The images do not represent their product. They have been notified and did not respond. Do not buy from them as they are not ethical and are misrepresenting products to the public.

Product was exactly as promised and received in a timely manner.

The mattress and cover fit perfectly! My son sleeps in his crib every night on it.

A baby made our purchase very easy. I called because I was dealing with an old bassinet that they just don’t make the size and needed to custom. They answered my questions and it arrived very quickly. Also love that it was made in NJ!! Thanks!!

Wrong shirt was sent initially. The shirt was replaced within 10 days.

So I order 2 matress and sheets for a baby bassinet. I ordered it on wednesday at roughly 3PM and paid for next day air as we have twins that have a hard bassinet bottom and no cover. I then get a UPS notice saying it would be here 'next' wednesday or a week later after I piad 32.00 for overnight shipping. I finally get a reply from this idiot Hude and here is what he said exactly as I will cut and paste: "Hello, I want to clarify that overnight shipping means with the carrier- that UPS will deliver it within one day. For expedited processing, you would reach out to us right after placing the order so we could let the warehouse know that you need it to ship quick.
I apologize for the misunderstanding, but I will refund you $15 off the shipping." I got the UPS notice it would be here wednesday on friday the 19th so that makes no sense and he dare say he would only refund half? Products look ok but it is being ran by tight wades with no customer service, you have been warned.

Sheet was not the size I ordered. It was marked 60x86 but was only 60x66. Sent an email to customer service and have never gotten a response

Product arrived on time and as pictured.

ABaby was sooo fast in making our custom moses basket mattress. The mattress fit absolutely perfectly in the basket and our son is really comfortable in it - one of his favorite places to be now!

I was following the size and measurement guidelines and still the liner/skirt for bassinet did not fit my bassinet.

My nephew and his wife really liked the puzzle name stool.

For the second time, we ordered a custom oval mattress and sent a template to ensure the shape would be correct. For the second time, we received a mattress that was as much as 5 inches shorter than what we ordered. We even discussed it over the phone. Maddening!
