Horrible communication and customer service
Horrible communication and customer service. I ordered a tool they sold not the cabinets. The tool was back ordered which I did not know until I contacted them. ( no communication from them). When it finally came, it was not the set of 14 I ordered and was pictured on there website with no mention of a reduced subset. What I received was a set of six. I sent a second email to resolve this with either the correct set or I wanted a refund. I never heard from them. I called customer service. Not only did the woman constantly interrupt me, but insisted on a 20% restocking fee and I pay for shipping. When I asked to speak to a manager she said he was unable but she would withdraw the restocking fee. I said this is unacceptable ( I sent screenshots of my order which gave no indication of the subset I ordered until after the purchase was made). It was either classic ‘bait and switch’ or at best sloppy website description to accurately convey what the order was. Regardless, I did not want to pay for shipping. I was told the ‘manager’ would call me back tomorrow morning. It’s been three days and I am still waiting for a call.
