I ordered a lamp ( not my first choice because that particular one had a long delivery date) and was told I would get delivery in 7 days. I had all the follow-up emails i.e. Welcome to 4 living, thank you for your purchase etc and when to expect delivery. I got my lamp within 3 days. It was extremely well packed and was just perfect. In fact the pictures on line didnt do it justice. So for quick , safe, delivery I cannot give any less than 5 stars. The price was very reasonable too as it was in the sale. Other web sites charged more for the same quality and I would have had to buy the shade separate. A wonderful experience and would certainly use again.

Delighted! We ordered a bench from 4living and their service has been excellent. We were kept informed about lead times once the order was placed, the delivery team were very friendly and professional and kindly put the furniture together for us, the customer service team led by Anja are fantastic. Rare to see a company committed to great service.

The process with this company was the best I have experienced with a online purchase.During the bad weather we were contacted early advising a rescheduling and the purchase duly arrived on time.The delivery guys were excellent and as well as very competent they could not do enough and rounded off a perfect experience.Would now look at 4Living every time.

Excellent communication, speedy service and great product

Very Poor Customer Service -Early last December 2017 I ordered 3 lovely Chinese lacquer tables from this company. I wanted them for the Christmas holidays and expected delivery. I paid in full - £568 and waited. No tables for Christmas and also no contact from the company with any explanation or apology. After Christmas I complained and asked for half the money back in case they went bust or something. They duly gave me half back on 29th December and a promise they would be delivered mid-January. This date came and went with no communication from the company. I complained again and was then told to expect the goods beginning of February. I was told there had been a problem in China and the factory had been closed down by the authorities. All this time, the company had been advertising these tables and even offered them in their sale, etc. !! Now we are at the end of February and still no tables and no communication or explanation again.
Nearly three months on and still no tables. Watch this space and beware!

King size mattress ordered.
All went well until delivery when instead of the standard 2 man delivery with set up as promised only 1 man was sent. This left me having to help the driver drag the mattresses into the house, and then having to ring my Daughter to come and help leaving us both struggling to get them out of the boxes and upstairs.
Very disappointed with this Company.

It is exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered a marble coffee table from 4Living, unfortunately it was not in stock and I had to wait for 1 month for delivery. I looked at other shops online but I couldn’t find that same table at a better price so I was prepared to wait. 4Living kept me updated with the delivery dates, when the item came it was well packaged. Very happy with the table.

I came across their website after searching online for a particular piece of furniture that I was struggling to find. After reading many positive reviews about 4 Living, I decided to go ahead with my purchase from their website.

They provided great communication throughout, and their delivery team were very polite, courteous and unpacked the furniture for me ... they even put it together!

I would recommend 4 Living and will use them again in the future without any hesitation.
