Simple process. Glasses are just as expected.

Always a great experience! Have been ordering from $39 for many years now and I always know it will be a great experience and I will be happy with my new glasses!!

I have been buying my eyewear from 39DollarGlasses since 2005 (that's 20 years!) and have nothing but good things to say about them. When things required replacement, they did so. When things needed fixing, they did so. Excellent customer service and fantastic value. I strongly endorse and recommend them.

Great transaction

I loved the style of these glasses, but I’ve bought two pairs and both of the frames cracked within a short period of time (about 4 months on the first pair and less than a month on the second). The frames would crack out of the blue while I was wearing them - not after a drop or anything. Disappointing because I do love how these look and how light they are.

The prescription my doctor's office gave to me was not the correct one. 39DollarGlasses sent me a return label and fixed the sunglasses for free with my correct prescription. The customer service was excellent and they responded quickly to correct the problem. Love my sunglasses!

They advertise free returns, but the fine print that full refund does not apply to some lenses (progressive and others) is kept almost secret. Processing and shipping is kind of slow, takes about 2 weeks. First pairs I ordered I was upgrading my package and finishes: when asked about 'workspace', I thought, "sure, I use my glasses at the computer as well, add that." It was not clear when I clicked this add-on that this was intended for people who wear glasses ONLY when using a computer. I wear my glasses all the time. So, sent those 2 pairs back for "free returns" and was charged 30% stocking fee, and exchanged one pair for a new frame. Despite not checking "workspace" this time, 3rd pair was still a little blurry, something off. Sending these back. In the end: no glasses from them and I lost about $200 in the whole thing and wasted 2 months time. I went with another more trusted online company. $39 may work for some, but don't expect to really get 'free returns' if you wear progressive or some other lenses. I won't use them again!

I had questions prior to ordering and sent an e-mail request. It was answered promptly and gave me the help I needed. Ordering was easy and delivery was very timely.

I received them in a timely manner, though I only found out that I had gotten them by tracking the order through USPS, so it might be useful to track the package that way if you don't go get your mail every day.
This is my third pair of these frames, but not because they break easily. My first pair worked great for about a month until a screw popped out of place, stripping the screw and the pieces of the frame that held the lense in. Luckily customer service was very helpful and sent me new frames free of charge. The new frames I unfortunately couldn't get the screws out of on my own and ended up stripping the screws, making it unusable. Life got busy so I didn't end up contacting customer service again and went back to using my last pair of glasses. It's been almost a year and I failed at supergluing the first frames back in place, I also realized since the lenses aren't a perfect circle it would be very difficult to put them into frames myself, correctly anyway. I decided to just buy another pair.
They look nice, they feel sturdy, and I have high hopes for the life of this pair. 39DollarGlasses was the only place I could find anything close to the type of frames I wanted, in a color I liked, and I'm very excited to have them.

I ordered glasses from 39DollarGlasses 2 years ago and I was happy with my order. I decided to order again since my prescription changed and I wanted to see if my experience would be the same. 39DollarGlasses has done it again. I will never go elsewhere for my eyewear needs.

I have a large head, so it is difficult for me to find frames that are wide enough to fit and long enough (vertical lens space) for my taste. These frames fit the bill and are great for my low-vision, transition progressives. Used an outside lab for the prescription, so cannot comment on that quality, but the frames held up. Recommend getting some adhesive nose pads for a snug fit.
