I requested night glasses, which cost a bit more than standard. What does labeling "night glasses" really mean? You would think it already had something like "yellow tint" to aid in night driving. I still got lots of glare from oncoming cars at night.

They sent me back my expensive new frame which was to be fitted with lenses. they sent them back by USPS without lensing them. USPS misplaced the shipment. when i tried putting in a claim USPS didnt allow it because the sender already put in a claim. instead of informing me (which btw they promised to do on a email) that their claim was denied and so giving me the chance to appeal within 30 days, they didnt inform me and let the 30 days pass. USPS closed the case and refuses to reopen it. 39dollarglasses is refusing to reimburse me my own frames.

Was easy to place my order with just the paper work I was given from the optometrist and easy to follow directions.

I am totally satisfied and very impressed that the quality of the frames and lenses of my prescription. I would highly recommend purchasing glasses at this business. Anytime you need quality frames and lenses.

Easy to order. Not long to get them. Accurate, these replaced my prescription from another place(my glasses had gotten very scratched). I did not have time yet to go thru the testing and getting a new prescription so I used my existing info. The glasses seem spot on to my scratched existing ones(minus the scratches LOL), Great! When I do get my new tests I do think I will come back here to get them made. Thanks for the good job!

I like the style of the frames, and the price was amazingly affordable; however, the frames broke after 2 months. I was wearing my eyeglasses when I heard a crack. The frames literally cracked and broke while I was wearing them! This has never happened before with any other eyeglasses I've worn. The frames can't be fixed.

the lens prescription is not quite right. the fit of the glasses are good

The glasses are nice, fit mostly well, maybe just needed a little gentle bending into shape. Online experience was easy and the glasses arrived in a reasonable time frame. I'm feeling pretty satisfied w/my order, quite decent for the price!
