37Jewelry is not honoring their own policy. I am not happy with the bracelet I ordered for my daughter and they are giving me the runaround. I just wanted to return the bracelet (IT IS NOT PERSONALIZED) and three times they just say ”we do not advise that”. I want my money back so I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I had my ring for about 1 week and my picture is gone away not on my ring no more I need my money back

This state that the jewlery i received was sterling silver. That's incorrect it was plated. Took over a month to receive it. It was engraved so I didn't think anything of it. No response. I purchased 2 rings in memorandum of my losing my 2 year old granddaughter and now I got ripped off.

I ordered a ring for myself which was completed fine. Tried to separately order a Christmas gift for a friend and I was forced to add a tip. I’m sorry but I’m not going to add a tip unless I want to. I was held hostage since I wouldn’t comply with the addition of a tip. Not going to order now. Lost out on multiple orders

Order delivery was reasonable
Communication is horrible (almost don't exist)
Product is not sterling silver as advertised
Product does not look like what was ordered
Still no answer on how to return.......

Not as advertised, not silver, not platinum plated.
Tarnished to the copper base after one day of wear.

The Jewelry is Amazing, inspirational and makes my day when I wear it!! This company understands the women of today and the older generations as well. The "Do what we want" attitude is what I love best! Thank you for also having larger sizes.

I ordered a leather infinity bracelet for my husband in honor of our daughter and it took 6 weeks to finally receive it. One day after he wore it, it broke. I was heartbroken and immediately got in touch with them. I sent pictures as they requested and their response was the product wouldn’t break like that and did I know how to open the bracelet without pulling!!! WHAT! So I guess I am out the money. Lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM 37jewelry

Great products

I ordered two rings that never showed up. I simply asked for a refund they refused. I checked to post office and they did have anything. This is a scam. Even Amazon is Imvolved.

Be carefull. They are just a scam.
They charge you amd then say you didn't order.

I had a custom ring made with a photo of my boyfriend who passed away in October 2023. Upon initial receipt, the ring was very pretty and fit perfect. Unfortunately after about 3 months, I came upon an issue with the quality of the ring. So I contacted customer service asking what my options were since this was a custom item that could not be refunded on. The representative was very supportive and kind and offered to help in having it remade. The ring was remade in a prompt turnaround time and was even more beautiful. I am very satisfied with this company and they have a great selection of items that can be made to your unique liking.

1 star is too much! My ring is very scratched and turning my finger green. The gold coating is coming off the back. I know it was cheap but the quality is terrible. Don’t order from them

Beware. My sister bought 3 bracelets and only received 2. After not being able to get a hold of them for 2 weeks, she gave my mom and I the 2 bracelets. I some how got a hold of them via email (no number) and now they are demanding I send a picture of the package...which was opened by my sister...to see if the package was damaged (which it wasn't). Haven't heard back from them since i can't take a picture of the package. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are thieves!!!
