Took 2 months to get my order they said it was lost in shipping and so they placed the order again also said i would get a free apology gift i got know gift it came in packaging that says merry Christmas (it’s June) and worst of all it was silver when i ordered gold 🤦🏻‍♀️ won’t be shopping this site again

I ordered a ring for my granddaughter and never received it. Cost me $53. They (Jane) told me it was lost in the mail and asked me to authorize more money for a resend. It’s a SCAM. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered a product back in April. We had to move in May so I contacted the company. I was surprised that they dont have a phone number so everything has to be done by email. I emailed them to change my address and they said they took care of it. About a week ago I recieved an email saying it was shipped to my old address. They never did change my address like they said they did and with the reviews on here this company really shouldnt even be in businesss if they are that unorganized to simply change someones address. Unless they simply lied...they had all my info and took the money quickly enough. I am very disappointed...and pissed off at this point!!!!

I received a ring that said eff it. It came early, fits perfectly, and hasn’t tarnished. I love it.

I would give a negative star if I could. I ordered a grandmother ring on April 28th. On May 6th I received an email that my order was confirmed with a shipping date of 12-18 days out. I open the email on May 8th and realized it had auto filled the wrong state. I immediately emailed back to let them know. They said they couldn't do anything about it even though the ring had not been shipped anywhere yet. I would have to pay for shipping to have it shipped. I asked for a refund which I was told I could not have. I was also told that when it's been sent back the product is destroyed but yet I could still pay for shipping. That made no sense. I asked for a phone number to speak with someone and was told that can't happen. Huge scam!

This company is awful. I paid extra on shipping for it to get here sooner and it’s taken almost a month when I paid for 7-12 business days. If it’s going to take that long, then why offer faster shipping and trick people out of money?? I emailed them and they just said “it’s on the way, track your package here” when I’ve been tracking it and that wasn’t what I asked them. Definitely don’t recommend and will not be using this company again.

Very disappointed as the ring is tarnishing and fading, I've had the ring for about a month it's very disappointing as they also state on website Stirling silver and non-tarnishing. If you want costume jewelry this is a place but this is definitely not a jewelry place for everyday wear. I wish I could add the pictures to this review.

I’ve bought many pieces of jewellery from this company from necklaces to many rings. I’ve ordered sterling silver 925 every time I can. The pieces were exactly as advertised and even better in person. I have had many, many compliments on my jewellery choices and people who received them as gifts from me have loved them. Whenever I had a question, the answer came swiftly with satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company. I don’t understand many of the reviews. Very happy customer here!

I took a long time browsing and deciding on 3 particular items and just as much time deleting excessive emails only to discover that the company was flagged by my credit card company so the purchase could not be completed. Thankfully! This just happened today, so buyer beware!

The ring was supposed to be s925 yet within a week it began to turn my finger green and the engraving had worn away

I ordered two rings. One I did get which is in rememberance to my mom. Grateful I got that one. I have emailed them a lot about the other rings either send them or I want my money back and nothing yet. I wouldn't even waste my time with this company. They should be shut down!!!!

Buyer's beware, I purchased my ring. What's my favorite picture hoping that their word was truth? I receive my picture ring. And I was the happiest person on earth, but after washing dishes a few times and taking a shower. The picture chipped away be careful when ordering a picture item. You cannot wash or bait with it because it does chip away. It's not a lifetime guarantee.

This company sucks!!! It took over a month to receive my memorial ring with both mine and my husband's birth stones and our picture. The side with my stone was messed up, I sent them a picture of it and they offered to send me a new one. Then after wearing it for a few days half of our picture wore off, so I sent them another picture and requested for a full refund. That was today, I haven't heard back from them yet. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!

I ordered 2 necklaces for my granddaughters and only received 1. They took my money out for 2 but only received 1. I love the necklace, but I really would like the second one.

I ordered 7 bracelets for various family members. One arrived with the wrong birthstones, 1 arrived with no clasps. They redid the one with no clasps and sent it. They sent one with the wrong style from the first ordered. This was a granddaughter one. Wanted the same that they sent wrong with the wrong stones. They sent the same one I ordered for my husband and myself. His was Dec and mine August, the one they sent my granddaughter (not with hearts) the stones were supposed to be March and August. This is the same as Dec /August. Now I’m wondering if Dec and March is the same stone. They stopped corresponding with me. I’ve tried 4 more times. I will never order anything else from them ever. I just ordered from a different company. I pray this company will be better. So don’t order from this company if you want correct items.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. My brother passed away a little over a year ago and at that time I wanted a sterling silver memory ring with his picture on it. I ordered this ring 4 times before it came out half ass acceptable. They tarnished and/or the photo was messed up. I ordered another one several weeks ago with a different picture of my brother. I wear a size 6. The ring they sent was closer to a 9 or 10. Now I can't get them to even respond to my messages. Lesson learned!

I made a purchase of sterling rings to find out within 3 months of receiving them they were fake. I contacted the company, but they refused to do anything even after receiving requested pictures. Their policy states within 3 months of receiving the product, but customer support said no 3 months of purchase. It took over a month to receive it. It's still awake, it states sterling silver not silver plated

The product as never delivered, they never notified me, it was returned to the company but they refuse to refund my money for the product I ordered and never received.

My husband ordered a ring for me with our wedding day picture on it and our birthstones the picture starts peeling off it is not a reliable business at all

Did not receive order.
No response to numerous messages sent through their website.

Today I received my order in the mail. The items are exactly as advertised. Very pretty!
