I would like to thank one of your drivers for helping me yesterday 08/02 on the sea front I was trying to get a ticket at the machine and it kept cancelling the payment by card and I had no change so after me attacking it the cab driver called me over and changed up a note for me he really did help me out
Next time I need a cab I will use you

Saturday 13th January 2024. Out with a few friends in Battle. 1 friend took a 247 cab back to Westfield about 9.30pm (we're middle aged men- that's late): 4.6 miles, £12.00 charged.
I asked driver to return to take me to Salehurst and he arrived back in Battle at 9.49pm. Pleasant and friendly enough driver. My journey was 6.6 miles.
SO now's the sting: The driver pulled that tired old phrase: "sorry mate, card machine won't work". Righto. Nothing wrong with the mobile reception here actually. So this meant I had to go inside and hunt around for cash. On a pro-rata rate I reckoned it should have cost about £17.00. Call it £20 being rural (it's all rural around here isn't it??) Call it £25 with a tip. No... £35.00. So not only was it a nearly double price rip off, driver DR030 got to pocket all the cash..

I want to report an incident that happened at 11:36am today involving me and one of your drivers.

I was crossing on a public traffic light controlled crossing in Hastings town centre.

A vehicle displaying your company logo: Reg No: MH19 HLA
being driven by a male in his thirties with a beard, sounded its horn several times and your driver opened his window shouting and swearing abuse at me from inside the vehicle, there was also a passenger in the vehicle with him.

Admittedly, I crossed at the wrong time, but I could not easily see the traffic light colours due to the low in the sky bright sun light.

Your drivers actions and threatening behaviour was not acceptable.

Would have given a minus if I could. Booked a taxi yesterday for 1.15 to 1.20 today to train station unwound to Gatwick to catch a flight. Taxi arrived at 1.39 (1 minute after the train had left the station) Not even an apology. Terrible service do not use!

I booked for a 6 seater with the kids and was charged for 2 extra minutes because I made sure all the kids have their seatbelts on and secured. I then called customer service to complain and get a response from a loutish and insensitive man in the position of a customer service saying "he does not know anything".

Pre-booked a taxi the day before for a pickup. Was told that a driver would be at least 15mins later than I booked. I do not see the point of pre-booking if they can't keep to the booking. This was a highly important appointment that I will now be late for. Terrible service. Would NOT recommend if you want to be on time.

90 percent of the time they're never on time for pre booked bookings!! Why would I pre book if I didn't have to be somewhere at a specific time??! If I book for earlier than I need then lo and behold they turn up on time and I'm early... If weather is bad or its a busy time, plan for that when you have advance bookings

Extremely specifically said *********, barnhorn road, Bexhill. Taxi company chose to ignore this and taxi driver decided to go to Battle instead.
Before this, they said they'd be 25 mins max or under. They then decided to take one hour and a half before we had any idea. I guess because they chose to go to a different location than very clearly specified. Never known a taxi company so idiotic.

my daughter booked taxi and waited at location in Hastings. At exactly the ETA no-one was there so she called up and they said 'he's on his way'. then taxi turned up.

BUT she was charged waiting time extra on top of the fare even tho the driver was late, not her.
very unfair and unlawful. drivers should not charge extra to girls for NO REASON

On 2 separate occasions I have booked a cab, over 2 hours in advance to take me to the airport, Also phoning their office to clarify, " it's to the airport so please make sure the cab is on time " The first time it happened the cab was over 30 minutes late, Missed the flight, This one is 15 minutes late, Diabolical airport service.

Quoted 15 minutes, called after 25…told 5 minutes, called after another 10, was told ‘soon’ 40 mins later and no communication!

Never on time, I’m constantly late for work, drivers usually start the wait time before they even get to you it’s absolutely ridiculous

Totally crap if you need a cab on time. Booked a cab for 7 am explaining its for a train and must be picked up at 7.
WHEN I BOOK FOR A TIME I NEED IT FOR THAT TIME!
(This complaint is not the drivers fault) I am now having to drive myself to Gatwick to get my plane.

Five to 7 I call to check where is the taxi is and ensure knows where going.

Reply from controller was polite but just kept repeating I should have been told there is a pick up window of 10 mins after booking, which he then increased to 15 mins window.

Driver called and said he won’t be there until 717 and turns out he was only allocated the job at almost 7.

Completely useless. Alternative going forward is to book 15 mins earlier and make the taxi wait for the correct time.

On time, fast, friendly, and efficient. Book on the app or call them. Recommended.

Cancelled my app booking saying it was the wrong price. Offered to pay cash but said no cars available. Still waiting for my money back.

Called and spoke to “Jane Gorman” who just got angry and aggressive then said “I’m getting tired of you!” and hung up.

Couldn’t be any less professional.

I payed 7.90 i watched it say it was approved and then 10 minutes later got a bombarded with calls from 247 saying it hadnt gone through even though it says it on my bank statement. I then had to pay again but this time he charged me £8. 247 was passive aggressive when i called to complain, didnt care at all was super sarcastic. I felt it was cheeky considering i was drunk. Why charge me twice and they be different prices? now i feel like i have been unfairly treated and the way they handled it was not nice. I will never use 247 again. Very rude not helpful and passive aggressive and i feel i have been ripped off and treated poorly

Booked a 7 seater a month ago for my mum's 80th birthday to go from Bexhill to Sedlescombe and guess what didn't turn up! Suffice to say 2 people then had to drive as it was too to make alternative arrangements. Very poor will not book again.

Several issues in a row with 247 now.
1st is a rude driver charging several times as the taxi had already been paid which he witnessed and he kicked off and was rude towards my girlfriend for a 2nd payment.
I came outside to speak with him and saw the payment on her phone and explained to him it's been paid and it's come out of her account already and that we are not paying 2 times for 1 taxi journey which also turned up 30 minutes late anyways.
He told me if we don't pay again she is getting blacklisted.(This is because the payment never went through according to head office)she paid it again through an online link and both payments came out of her account.
And tonight she had a taxi booked for 3.30am as she works very late it's now 4.10am and it hasn't turned up and she has been told on the phone she isn't a priority. So it's now suitable to leave a woman alone at this time near pubs which also isn't the first time of this happening.
