Great idea, good quality and fast delivery
Originally ordered as a novelty Christmas gift, my wife loved it so much I decided to order a batch as stocking-fillers for the whole family this year. I kept the one entitled “my secret plans for world domination” as I am, in fact, planning world domination and was thinking, you know, hide in plain sight and all that. Service was great, but will be even better once I take over the postal system and transport networks.

Repeat customer
This is my second time ordering from this company. I got a few as Xmas presents for family last year and they went down so well I’ve ordered twice as many this time: everyone will get 2, even me!
It’s been very helpful to have different notebook covers - I only use ‘mine’ so I know where to look for my lists.
The covers are nice quality, good spiral bindings, too.
I look forward to their arrival as mine from Xmas 2022 is full.

Love these notebooks
Love these notebooks. Great quality and choice of titles with varying levels of badass naughtiness 🤣. Brings a bit of fun to the working day. There’s some great discounts too if you buy a bundle which I tend to do. A great little gift for workmates or my adult kids for Christmas.

Order never arrived
Ordered a note book 17th March, to date still hasn’t arrived, I took into consideration the production and delivery times as it was for a birthday present which was on the 28th March. I have contacted company several times, advised of delivery issues. Customer services have been less that helpful, had one email back saying it was with delivery company! Not good enough, have requested a refund… but not holding my breath! Shame as it would have been a good gift.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and my apologies that your order didn't arrive in time for the birthday. While we do take responsibility for the shipment of our notebooks, but for the actual act of delivering orders we trust in the delivery companies – I'm sure you can appreciate that this is out of our control. However, shipping delays are very rare, and if an order doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe we are more than happy to send a reprint or issue a refund.
We haven't heard back from you since our Facebook message last month but we trust you have seen that we have refunded you in full. Please accept our apologies again for the shipping delay.
Poor quality and customer service
I ordered a notebook and paid for express delivery. The notebook was late and on reading the t&cs it mentioned delivery dates that didn’t reflect the delivery information at order time. When the book arrived I was disappointed with the quality and the order was wrong. The quality was no better than a cheap pad from Tesco’s. When I queried my order they just replied, that’s what you ordered. I checked the order on the receipt and it’s evident that you can’t see the detail on the order on a phone. In a series of emails the company has been unhelpful and tries to shift the blame onto the customer. Not a great experience I won’t be shopping with the again and wouldn’t recommend them.

You emailed us on 9 March (one day after placing the order) to express concern about the delivery date. Your order then arrived less than 24 hours later – much earlier than the expected time of delivery. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you about the quality, so I'm unsure what 'series of emails' you're referring to.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we want to ensure that we address any issues that may arise. So, if you could please contact our customer support team with your concerns, we would be more than happy to help you find a resolution. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us a review, and we hope to have the opportunity to make things right.
