Got in touch with Wraith Estates via a friend living in one of the properties already. Niraj was extremely helpful from the beginning, the whole process was very quick and smooth and my questions were answered straight away! Very good experience so far!

Wraith Estates has been amazing.
I had a lot of difficulty finding an apartment when suddenly I had to leave my old one on 3 months notice. I showed interest on an add from WE and I was taken care of from the very beginning and the process was as painless as it could've been.

Great company which they taking care about their tenants, always available to help!

Wraith started managing our 14 room HMO last year right in the middle of the pandemic, and in difficult circumstances have done a great job. Communication, which is key, has been excellent.
Fingers crossed things improve and get easier but in the meantime I know the property and tenants are being looked after by a great team.

An wonderful company which they taking care about their tenants. Two years already and i never looked back with regrets. All the time helpful and responsive to our needs.

They offered a perfect service ! I contacted them from France they make me visited several times, they were extremely present for any questions I had. And when I came there was no bad surprise. I am tenant for already 5 month and they are really present for anything you need ! I really recommended them.
