Worthingtons were instructed to sell our property in Codsall recently. Upon meeting Helen and Tina I knew we had made the right choice! They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, and took away the stress of selling, they did all of the viewings for us. I can't recommend them enough! Excellent service for an excellent price!

From start to finish, Tina and Helen have been brilliant dealing with everything, including a very difficult third party. Loads of viewings in the first week and sold very soon after.

Worthington Estates worked very hard to achieve a speedy sale by prompt use of phone calls, emails, and maintaining links with our solicitor. When we visited the office there was a friendly welcome, stages of the process were explained clearly and all went according to plan.

Worthington Estates we cannot thank you enough for all your help and support during the purchase of our new home. Nothing was ever too much trouble from the first viewing up to collecting our keys. The communication was superb, our emails were answered within 24hrs with regular updates on the progress of our purchase. We hope this is our forever home but we will certainly recommend Worthington Estates to others. All your help was greatly appreciated, thank you.

I can't recommend worthingtons highly enough. From the first meeting with Helen she was very knowledgeable, friendly and not the pushy sale pitch you can sometimes get. Then both Helen and Tina come round once we decided to go ahead so they both had a good knowledge on our property. We had a good amount of viewings from day one and Helen did them all for me as it was difficult for me with 2 young children.
I found them both very supportive throughout the whole process and the communication we excellent from Tina.
We had considered using an online agent but I'm so glad we didn't as the customer service from worthingtons was amazing.

Selling our mums flat wasn't an easy decision, something both Tina and Helen were very mindful of and for which we are very grateful.
Communication was good throughout the process, for me Tina and Helen really stood out with the feedback provided following their viewings, with their knowledge and professionalism, it was clear that they wanted to match the right person to our property and weren't just looking to get a sale.
As the sale process was progressing we encountered an issue, for which Tina offered a potential solution, which was accepted by both parties and the sale completed.
I'm sure this sale was challenging for both Tina and Helen for a number of reasons, but at no point did this come across.

From the word go we felt very comfortable using Worthington's, Tina and Helen are both very nice and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the local market.

It was satisfying and a breath of fresh air dealing with Worthington Estates; although they're a fairly new company the way in which they operate and conduct themselves you would think they'd been trading for decades!
What I particularly liked about them was their careful manner in how they treated me, especially because of my circumstances because I'd recently lost my late husband.
Worthington Estates had taken care of the sale of my property & ensured the property I've just purchased suited my needs.Their costs were more than reasonable & I would recommend them to anyone looking to put their property on the market; to say they go over and beyond is an understatement!
