Our party of four booking to the euros really raised the bar!we were on the outskirts of the respective cities which suited us but didn’t expect to be in a 200yr old castle,outwith the control of the lads at world choice travel one of our flight companies pulled the plug on a flight with a little more than two weeks to go,no problem to Graeme !extra accommodation sorted new flights and all without additional cost.always available to answer any queries we had,I will definitely be using again(should Scotland ever qualify for anything 🤣)

Manchester City FA Cup Final Chartered Train Experience
The World Choice Sports Chartered Train experience that was arranged for Manchester City fans to the recent FA Cup Final at Wembley was a great experience. From the excellent arrangements on ticket collection at the station prior to boarding the train and during the journey the company staff were really friendly and supportive from start to finish a brilliant service and I am hoping the chartered train will be available again for the Community Shield Manchester Derby at Wembley in August 110% out of a 100% from me

We have checked your booking and yes, whilst there was an error initially with the booking dates this was rectified as soon as it was noticed.
At the time of your booking, You were given a choice of hotels and shown where they were on a map of Amsterdam, choosing the Van Gough Hotel (1 Small Single Room(s) B&B) which is centrally located, only 2 minutes on foot from the Van Gough Museum, 5 minutes walk from the Rijksmuseum and 8 minutes from the Hard Rock Cafe.
True, Dam Square takes 20 minutes on foot (or 6 minutes cycling) but there is also a tram system which we would recommend to our customers.
At no additional cost to yourself, we upgraded you in to a 4* hotel of your choosing (The Leonardo Amsterdam City Centre) for the final night of your stay which is just a short walk from the original hotel.

We dispute the fact that we were either arrogant or rude. When a problem was identified, we worked quickly and courteously to address it. As we could not offer you the final night in the original hotel, you were upgraded to a 4* with breakfast only a short walk away.
Man City travel to FA Cup Final
This is the first and last time I'll be booking anything arranged by this company. They expect fans to travel to Winsford to collect train tickets or get to Piccadilly early to collect paper tickets. There is no reason why they can't send E-Tickets or PDF, even small local theatres manage to issue electronic tickets.
Tell you to book together so you can sit together, only to be told NO reserved seating.

We have experimented with QR ticketing but it has not yet met our expectations and was not able to offer the features we would expect. This is something that we are still looking into and we are comparing systems so it is something that we may introduce in future.
We do not expect customers to travel into Widnes (not Winslow) but there are many Manchester City fans that live within a reasonable commute of here who did collect in advance. As for collection from the station on the day, the ticketing was open early and remained until the departure of the train. Nobody had to turn up early but we were there very early so as to avoid a last minute rush on the day. By all accounts, the ticket collection itself was smooth and efficient.

Company offering train service for mcfc fans to wembley but expecting fans to either travel to widnes fir tickets or join a massive queue at piccadilly on the morning of travel nearly 2 hours prior to departure. What about digital tickets like all other providers. Hope mcfc don't use this incompetent company again

Everybody was actually pleased with the smoothness and efficiency of our ticketing system. Whilst we did not expect all of our collecting customers to arrive two hours prior to departure, we were there from then to dispense the tickets so as to avoid any last-minute rush. We have experimented with QR ticketing but it has not yet met our expectations and was not able to offer the features we would expect. This is something that we are still looking into and we are comparing systems so it is something that we may introduce in future.
By all accounts this ran very smoothly and our stewards were on-hand to answer any queries you may have had.

Fantastic - Six Nations Trip - Rome
We had a fantastic experience traveling to Rome to watch the 6 Nations Rugby. This a a specially chartered trip organised by Worldchoice Sports and the entire process was really smooth. Paperwork and tickets were all received promptly and it was great to have a representative (the fantastic Patrick) from Worldchoice Sports traveling with us to troubleshoot for the duration of the trip. There was an unfortunate issue at the airport (the fault of the airport and not Worldchoice Sports) and Patrick was brilliant. He kept everyone calm, dealt with the issue as promptly and professionally as possible and made it so the last memory of our trip was one of attentive, good service, rather than a delayed flight. I'd absolutely recommend them!

As regards the situation at the airport,that was entirely out of our hands but Patrick stayed focused and worked hard with Susana and the rest of the ground staff at the airport to make sure that everybody was kept informed and that all changes were made as smoothly as possible.

Charter train to Wembley
Travelled on charter train to Wembley,brilliant service,buffet car stewards in every carriage.All designated carriages before travel.Best travel experience by a mile,would recommend this company to anyone looking to travel to an event.

An exceptional experience from the…
An exceptional experience from the start, booking, communication and documentation. We were in a 3 star hotel that was clean, comfortable and a great base for our trip. Tickets to the stadium all went smoothly, we were behind the posts (Italy first half, after half time the England end and it was electric! 🏉 🏴). We were amongst England and Italy fans and the banter was brilliant, but you make your own experience ! So all I would say is we will absolutely use this company again, we had the best time. I and my husband are so glad we spotted this deal and went for it, don’t hesitate !! And we had an awesome weekend in Rome 😊

The experience in the stadium is special, we agree. Our rep Patrick was there on the day providing ground support - not that much was needed - and agrees that the atmosphere between fans is friendly with mixed Italians and Brits. No segregation needed! Everybody shakes hands at the end, we saw people posing for photographs with opposition supporters and it was a great family-friendly atmosphere.

Great Six Nations visit
Our Six Nations tickets and hotel voucher arrived in plenty of time. An error in spelling was quickly responded to and corrected. The hotel was described correctly. We were more than happy with the hotel and tickets.

Great package to explore Rome for first timers who love sport
This was the first time we had ever travelled with World Choice Sports. It was easy to book. We didn't like at all the first hotels offered in the package deal. However when I rang, staff on the other end of the phone immediately offered us a different choice to pick from. The one we stayed at was perfect for us, very close to The Vatican. My advice to anyone booking such a deal is, check out hotel websites offered & if not happy, ask for more to choose from.
Checking in at both airports was really easy, especially as we only took a rucksack each. Tickets for the rugby were emailed to us, which we printed out.
We selected a 3 night break which was ideal to explore the main sights of Rome as well as going to the game.
We were so lucky with the weather (20°C).
This was also our first ever time to Rome. This package was an ideal introduction to what we felt was a safe city. We didn't feel threatened the whole time we were there.
We'll definitely return to explore this wonderful city.

Booked for 6 Nations England v Italy
Booked for 6 Nations England v Italy in Rome. Hotel and location were spot on but the Rugby tickets were awful. Our view was restricted so could only see half the pitch. For the amount paid we would expect to at least be able to watch the game we went to see. FYI - they didn't tell us our seats had a restricted view either which i' m not best pleased about, if they had told us, i would have not booked this or accepted those seats. They didn't send us the tickets either until i chased them 6 days before we flew.

Hello and thank you for your review. There were no view restrictions noted on your ticket and looking at the stadium plan, your seats should provide a very clear view. Perhaps you could email us a view from your seat which may indicate the nature of the problem more clearly? We are always looking to improve our service so if there is a problem with the view, we need to know for future.
Thank you for spotting that the tickets were not attached in the original email of 18 December. When we were alerted to this on 27 January, we of course sent your tickets over as a matter of priority. This was an honest omission for which we apologise.

Responded well to a late booking
I booked fairly late by my standards for the rugby in Rome. By the time i booked WCS were out of rooms at the hotel I selected. They called me and offered an alternative. This was a simple but very well positioned hotel.
Everything worked smoothly. Very pleased to deal with this company again having avoided them for a couple of years after a rather unpleasant delay on compensation for the covid cancellations in 2020.
