Hi Chris, thanks for your review but it seems you have not read the delivery tab or the big banner at the top of the website regarding delivery:-

The Carhartt stock comes from Amsterdam on some occasions, so we quote 5-8 working days for delivery, today being 5 working days. Your items should be with you in the next couple of days hopefully.

Hi, thanks for your review, however I have checked your order, you placed it on Monday evening, they attempted delivery on Tuesday and Wednesday according to the tracking (no-one was present to receive) and it was delivered Sunday:-

Easy to order and exchange

Easy to order, updated tracking and speedy delivery. I had to exchange the boits that I had ordered for the next size, rang the office and was assured that if I sent the original order back, they woukd exhange them and send them back to me with no carriage to pay ( I obviously had to pay the return postage which was fair enough). I was amazed and delighted to receive the larger size boots only 3 days after I had returned the original order. Oh and the boots are fine...

Sent back a jacket but unfortunately…

Sent back a jacket but unfortunately couldn't accept the return which was my fault so no complaints. Jacket was a bit over schedule but I emailed twice and twice I received a reply within the hour to let me know what was going on. Even covered the cost of resending the jacket back to me, which they really didn't need to tbh.
