I was so lucky to find on their website the very last pair of work trousers (in a style that has been discontinued and is out of stock everywhere) in my size. Excellent product. Super fast delivery.

Bought from this company on eBay arrived ahead of time which was great and tracking all the way through. Product good quality as I expected from the brand of workwear boots I purchased as we had had the boots prior from another source and wanted to rebuy as they had lasted for 10 years. The prices were great too!

I’ll give 2 stars because the service…
I’ll give 2 stars because the service hasn’t been bad but I sent a parcel back in October and asked for an exchange, spoke over email with a guy to let him know what items I would like to exchange for as the one I originally purchased didn’t fit. Since then I’d not heard anything from them and when I reached out to them I was told my parcel hadn’t arrived so there’s nothing I could do if I didn’t have proof of postage. Understandable but at the same time, there’s no reason for me not to return the item because a) it didn’t fit and b) I was asking for an exchange not my money back so all in all I’m around £120 out of pocket and they claim to never have received my parcel

Hi Stuart, we process hundreds of returns every month, normally on the day we receive them. We have catorgorically not received your return. We did say we'd look into it if you provided us with the tracking, it may have been delivered to another unit on our estate etc. You have not provided us with the tracking number or proof of postage so there is little we can do. We cannot refund items unless we have actually received the item. I feel this poor review should be directed to the courier you used or to the person who sent a £120 item without getting tracking information. I hope you understand our position.
