It was great how quickly my issues or concerns where answered - I had the feeling I was mostly talking to humans (you never know though these days). I never felt left alone or with bots - which is either that they have scary good AI or they really assign value to human relations.

They seem to be very safe however this also made e.g the signing process with Docusign very tedious as they had very strict verification and I had to attempt multiple times to „get through“ with my employment contract signature.

The onboarding was very smooth all the way from Germany to Malaysia. Kudos to the quick reply on my questions as well

My salary comes in on time every month and it's disbursed in a way that stays compliant with the rules in my country, which honestly was my biggest worry going into a setup like this.

Day to day I use it for time tracking and it's simple enough that I don't really think about it. Reimbursements from my company also go through it and I haven't had one get stuck so far. The part I appreciate most is being able to generate the documents I need, whether that's for local compliance or something travel related. Sorting that out on my own would have been a real hassle.

Overall it does what it's supposed to without me having to chase anyone.

The web platform has been fast, responsive, and easy to navigate, which made completing the onboarding steps straightforward. The HR Operations team also responded quickly whenever I had questions. An error in my bank details was corrected promptly, a payroll question was checked with the appropriate team, and I was kept informed while the final onboarding confirmation was pending. They also provided clear and detailed guidance about business travel, compliance documents, and expense submissions.

The distinction between the Travel Hub and Expenses could be explained more clearly, particularly before an employee’s profile becomes fully active. This caused some initial confusion, but the support team explained it well once I asked.

Overall, it has been a very positive start, with a good platform and responsive, practical, and transparent communication.
