Our account with WM had been set up prior to my business area inheriting the account, so while I can't speak to the original onboarding process, us getting onboard to take it over was wonderful. Alexandra was our POC and she was phenomenal; available, knowledgable, supportive -- everything you'd want when onboarding. Having worked with other EOR platforms before, I can confidently say that WorkMotion is a notch above the rest. The Platform UI/UX is great. While at times I do wish the support felt more like partnership -- with best advice being provided during times when we need it the most, I will say their support team is wonderful. the staff is responsive and helpful.

Great company with a great, easy-to-use UI. The website performance is excellent, and I haven’t had any issues. It’s simple to track hours and submit expenses, vacations, and everything else I need from a Global Employer. The customer service team is also great, with very quick replies (usually less than 1 hour, great responses, and very attentive).
