Working with Workmotion for some time now. The service is great and customer support is always there to assist.

I’m employed with work motion, the onboarding process was wlewamy and the specialists was in a regular contact with me. Also, if I had any questions they always came with answers or solutions.

We have been using Workmotion for the past 1,5 years to enable us to attract and employ talent abroad.
Especially in challenging talent markets it is important for us to be able to attract a larger amount of potential employees and hire them.
Workmotion makes it easy for us since we do not have the capacity to administrate payroll and onboarding processes in numerous countries.

The application is easy to use and the customer service team is easy to get in touch with when you need help.
They made a few mistakes with my contract when I started my employment and also with my offboarding. They got my contract wrong as they reduced my salary by thousands of Euros from what had been negotiated.
Overall the experience was a little bumpy, it was hard to trust their experts when some crucial mistakes were made when I was onboarded. There is room for improvement from their case officers.

Competent team, easy handling of platform, quick help with problems

At WM people are always ready to help and improve the quality and speed of their assistance, which is something I genuinely appreciate. They are open to talk and resolve issues on the side of the employee.

My experience with WorkMotion has been great. The support team stands out for being quick and helpful in answering my questions. I really appreciate their clear communication and fast replies. The platform is also easy to use.
Overall, everything works fine, but there are a couple of downsides. It’s a bit inconvenient to use different websites and platforms for support. Also, my performance bonus is delayed by three months, and reimbursements can take some time.

It is just a great opportunity being able to work for great companies on another countries from home!
