I ordered shoes, never informed they were not in stock. Had to cancelled. After several calls and emails, still waiting on their Vendor to approve the cancellation and the refund.
I was told it would be 2-3 business days for a credit to be issue but apparently is NOT the case.

I bought a pair of $140 boots for my partner as an anniversary present, since they just broke their ankle at their job due to wearing old shoes with poor ankle support. I was pleased to find a pair of new balance work boots in their size, and $30 off. The boots shipped out immediately and arrived on time. They also arrived filthy. Workboots.com didn't even have the grace to run a wet wipe over these dusty, worn in boots that had been on someone's sweaty feet. I will not purchase from this website again.

I ordered composit toe boots. I received steel toe boots. They refused to exchange the boots for the ones I ordered. Do not buy from a company that will not fix their mistakes, you will be sorry.

if I could give them zero stars I would. To start I had my shoes delivered later than stated then I of course tried them on walked around my home to see how they felt and they hurt my feet immediately took out the useless insoles put my own in and even then they still hurt my feet and my back was starting to act up as well as I have 4 herniations. Well I attempted to return them and was allowed to however the shoes were shipped back to me and when I contacted customer service they basically told me I was SOL. the shoes I bought were the Reebok Nano X1 composite toes for anyone wondering. you can take my advice or not but I would not shop from them ever. To me it seems like a scam their policy states that as long as the shoe is in mint condition aka unused that you can return them. How are you supposed to know the shoes will fit you if you can test them on? bare in mind again the moment you put the shoes on your feet wether they fit or not they are un returnable. I basically gave them $100 for free by testing on the shoe to assess the fit and make sure it was what I was looking for and what I needed for work. Never will I ever spend another penny on this garbage company I hope this business goes down hill just like the customer service I received.
After reading several negative reviews I went ahead and ordered a pair of size 12 B Justin workboots. The boots arrived right on schedule (6-7 days) and were exactly as advertised. They fit perfectly! The price was very fair. Many of the reviews I read were from a year or so ago. Perhaps the company mended its ways and changed for the better. Whatever, I am a completely satisfied customer!!! Thanks Workboots.com.

Card was charged the day I ordered them. Tracking information has been unavailable since time of purchase. Ive called and sent several emails only to get 1 response saying that they cant provide me with any information or even cancel the order and refund the money until end of next week. Horrible customer service. They took my money and ran with it.
I seriously wish I would have read trust pilot before I ordered. I ordered $120 boots and said 3-4 days and tracking would be available. 2 days after ordering, got an email that they had shipped.
4 days after ordering went searching for answers and they said they would send me tracking info, never received anything.
7 days after ordering, made another request for information because I was extremely frustrated and expected my boots, at most, 3 days prior.
10 days after ordering, made another request for tracking info and further details of my order, never received anything.
This is absolutely horrendous customer service and blatant lies pertaining to tracking and shipping information. Customers should never be treated like this, especially when spending money like this and for supplies that are most likely needed for employment.
I feel disrespected and very disappointed and should be eligible for a partial refund, if my boots are even coming!?
Having made two orders recently and no communications or tracking for two weeks and having to follow up every single step of the way is absolutely absurd. I did eventually receive the first order and was told various times that it had been shipped when it hadn’t etc. Etc. I am now 10 days past my second order and I’ve had no communications or shipping. Customer service is absolutely appalling and the bit of business models just deplorable
I placed an order on 4-5. It’s days shy of 3 weeks later and they still haven’t shipped. I called customer service last week and they said they would be shipping from the manufacturer and the manufacturer would email me a tracking number. Never heard anything. Reached back out today requesting refund. All they can do is send the request to manufacturer. I never received a response the first time. Wonder how long a refund will take?? Needed these for work. Paid for faster shipping. Was told they were in stock. If they weren’t. They shouldn’t have taken my money until they were. Strongly feel I have lost this money
I ordered my boots about two weeks ago. They’re still saying that it hasn’t removed from Tracy, California, which is funny because right before that when I was dragging it, it was in Wales, Nevada.

A welder was really bad to eat and I need these boots, but I know for fact that this is a scam because they haven’t updated their order. They haven’t gotten back to me. I tried contacting customer service try contacting FedEx and I just keep getting to go around.
Ordered boots from here for $188 sale price plus 10% off. They canceled with no reason 2 days later. Ironically the same boots where online now for $219, coupon not eligible. Had to order since kid wants them. 3 days later still no tracking number....WTH??

Ordered boots and they used fed ex as there shipper. Shipping was taking longer than expected and reached out to them in hopes they would get with fed ex to get an idea as to what was happening with the shipment. They had no desire to investigate with FedEx and we're much quicker to cancel the order than they were to find answers as to what was the hold up. I will never use this company again on the premise that they care more about thier sales than the hard working folks they apparently do not give a crap about. If you can't find your own order and care less about someone's money than you do your service it's no surprise why the country is in the state of affairs that it is. Just another money hungry garbage online company. But lesson learned. I'll pay extra from the local stores than have to rely on folks that could care less where there product is at. I'm out 200$ with no boots to show for it. Buy local for people invested in having the products on the shelf, no time was saved and money lost. Garbage company to say the least.

Its been two days and product hasnt shipped nor have I gotten any updates. The 2-6 day shipping is less than satisfactory.
I bought shoes that said they were delivered. They were not. The picture did not show my apartment number, my door or anything that can be proof it was my place that was delivered to. Emailed workboots.com and was told to bad. Not their problem. Will not do anything about it. For some weird reason you can not leave a normal Google review for their business. Can not upload their response email telling me to bad. Even though there is no proof or was delivered to my house. Filed a complaint with them that was closed less than 12 hours after it was opened because it's not their problem and company policy is once it leaves their building they are not responsible. Horrible company horrible response horrible all across the board. Do not buy from them if you expect some kind of product for your money. Do not buy from them if you expect to get what you paid for. Do not buy from them if you think they care about you as a customer. Your money will be better spent in another store that values customer's and takes responsibility for their deliveries and the people they choose to deliver their product.
It sucks that good companies like this only usually get reviewed when someone has a bad experience. This 2.9 rating shouldn’t be allowed. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and the products have always been legit and usually the best priced around. I’ve never had a problem with this company to this date. 5 stars from me.
I ordered 9 wide and the box said 9 wide. but the shoes hurt and found out they are 9 medium.
I placed my order and received my boots 3 days later. In top of that they were $50 bucks off on sale.
Paid extra for faster shipping and they still haven't shipped... No word from the company either. I have heard and read nothing but complaints after I placed my order. This place is a joke. The easiest way to get yourpney back is to have your credit card issue a charge back.
