A Disappointing Experience with Wooter Apparel
As a small nonprofit arts organization, we placed a $1,390 order with Wooter Apparel for custom jerseys intended for fundraising at our event on April 17. Unfortunately, the jerseys arrived just before the event with a significant error—the event logo was misprinted. Wooter offered to reprint the jerseys, but with only two days before the event, this was not a viable solution.
They then proposed a partial refund but only provided $100, which does not adequately compensate for the unusable merchandise and the lost fundraising opportunity. This experience was not only financially detrimental but also disheartening, considering the importance of the event for our organization.
We hope Wooter Apparel takes steps to improve their quality control and customer service to prevent similar situations for other organizations.

Great gear at a great price. Salespeople are good to deal with. Website for the most part is easy to navigate and order though. Shipping is usually within the 3-4 week timeframe. Sometimes there are mistakes, but mistakes happen everyday. They make it right in the end! Recommend highly!

New review for my experince with Wooter Appareil
I would like to correct my negative review, I must admit that the delay occurred due to non-dependent problems from Wooter Appareil, but customs problems and the holiday period, I also received reassurance of a possible refund in the event of a negative outcome
Taking them to court (Update: they refunded my money)
Update: they did call after I posted this, and got me a refund. I still feel like the experience eas bad enough to leave this up though. I was given a quote for 1 single outfit for an event. The quote was 4 weeks. I gave them 9 weeks and ordered and paid in advance. I emailed and called them repeatedly during the making process because I wasn't hearing anything back. Then they failed and the outfit arrived late. It couldn't be used other than that day, so I called them for a refund. They asked me to send it back, which I did. Then they claimed they issued a refund, but my credit card company denies it. Now its been months since then and they are not answering calls or emails.
