Woopwin doesnt act well knowing about my minor son playing by them.
Doesnt take action and issnt responsive to all of my e mails. there verification procces is only for show. You can deposit easily with wrong filled in personal info.. but dont think you can cash out !!!

Deposit goes wrong. The let me wait for 30 minutes so the can kick me out off the chat. No response on emails. If you want to get pay out the will ask for your bank statements. The will found a way to take you're money. Really badd service and the slowest pay out ever!

over 30 days have passed sended several documents.
Each time they take 5-7 days to dicline a document without giving the reason why. some documents im 100% sure its oke and i use them on other sites aswell.

Die haben mir 3900 Euro gestohlen unter dem Vorwand gegen die Geschäftsbedingungen verstoßen zu haben.

But the withdrawal timeframes are a big joke.

They tell you: Normally all withdrawals are approved within 1-3 hours, nonsense. That never happens!

Then they tell you that it can take up to 48 hours, also not true! (already waiting 72 hours, other withdrawals i did earlier also around 4-5 days before approvel)
They keep it this long in the hope you cancel the withdraw and lose everything.

Then they say: your withdrawal is top priority, even if you are top priority, you still have to wait 24-48 hours, after already waiting for 24-48 hours.

So basicly, they say that to everybody.
Livechat is not helpfull, the waitingline at the livechat is about 1 hour. And if you keep complaining they just close the chat.

In my opinion, good casino with a lot of games.

Very good casino with hugh variarity of slots to play but there is something confusing. Below the € 1200 all the withdrawals are processed within the same timefrime ( +/-12 hours ) but after the account is fully verified you can wait a bit longer. Its now 27 hours later. If you go into livechat you can talk with a automatic system, not humans at all. I ask something about verification and get as answer that withdrawals are processed in turn..... beside this all its still a good casino. But if my withdrawal is not approved tommorow, i will quit playing at the gammix group for sure. Lets hope.

Eins der schlechtesten casinos welches ich je besucht habe.
Support schlecht zu ereichen.
Die verifizierung war/ist reinste Schikane. Nach 3 Wochen Wartezeit das ich verifiziert werde habe ich meinen Account löschen lassen.
Ich kann es niemandem empfehlen hier sein Geld einzuzahlen.
NACHTRAG AM 20.02. Die verifizierung ist immernoch nicht durchgeführt wurden. Ich habe mein Account dort gelöscht und werde gammix Seiten in Zukunft meiden.
