received £20 gift voucher but had to spend £5 on delivery as Woolley Moor don't allow you to collect or visit their premises.

High quality plants, fast delivery and kind driver.

Flowers were of a very good quality....only complaint from myself is that they were delivered and left by my bins and I had no idea they had been delivered.. ie no text ,phone call or email to say the flowers were being delivered.... easy to order ...would have liked notification of delivery.....

Good product, promptly delivered

I’d ordered some Nemesia (my favourite flower) but the team had decided they weren’t up to much so I had a choice of snapdragons, Gazanias etc. and threw in a free 6-pack for not having the Nemesia I originally ordered. Plants were healthy and strong .

I was disappointed with my six vegetable plants. I feel that WM are selling their plants when they are far too small. My two patio tomatoes are alive but making no progress. The two aubergines are alive but the leaves have curled in on themselves and again don’t appear to have any new growth. The 2 squashes have disappeared with no sign of life. I spend quite a bit of money with WM over the years snd this is very disappointing

Poor customer service. No notification of arrival of bedding plants which were left on grass verge as my gate was locked. I tried to ring the nursery but repeatedly put through to answer phone. Much preferred previous system of visiting nursery to pick plants.
