Absolutely horrendous level of customer service. Don’t get me wrong the oven is fab however the gas attachment has broken after 3 uses. I have emailed 6 times with no resolution. Firstly I got a response asking for my address and that they would send out a new one. Great customer service on first thoughts. However 2 weeks went by and no replacement. I emailed 3 times, to which the reply was now send it back and we will fix it. Not ideal when promised something else. Now radio silence. Not sure what to do.

Ps I don’t typically review things bad but this is appalling service.

Great piece of kit , I did some research before making my decision and chose the woody , looks great , easy to use , I would of preferred written guides on building rather than using online QR codes , but in the whole fantastic piece of kit

I contacted Woody Oven re an issue with my pizza oven. I had a response within a hour letting me that a order had been placed with a replacement oven body.
The customer service I have received from Woody is really second to none. The oven delivers restaurant standard pizzas too at a fraction of the cost.

Not received item. No response from customer service

The oven arrived next day after ordering.
Instructions were simple to follow.
The oven itself is really simple to use and any attachments are easy to fix together.

Bought in good faith and was snubbed by this company. Don't like the pizza oven and it did not perform as it said in the advert, ie I could not get the temperature above 360C using gas and leaving the pizza oven to heat for almost 30 minutes. When I sent an email to customer services asking for a refund, their reply was very curt saying their oven was not faulty and it was 100% user error. They did eventually offer to send a step by step guide which to date has not been received. There is no phone number to call so cannot actually speak to anyone in customer services to try to resolve this issue and get a refund on a product that is not performing as indicated in the marketing video. Also tried using wood pellets which also did not get the oven to the required temperature and caused an enormous amount of black soot and smoke which was very unpleasant.

Had an issue with a faulty gas attachment, contacted the company via the website. Once original order number has been confirmed a new part was dispatched and delivered within 3 working days.
Had my Woody Oven for about 1 year now and it always produce great pizzas.

We recently bought Woody pizza oven with the built-in shelved unit, and couldn’t be happier with it. From the first use, it was clear that this oven is built for serious pizza lovers.

Final Verdict:
The Woody is a fantastic investment for anyone who loves making pizza. The results are restaurant quality. It’s now the centerpiece of our garden. Highly recommended.

James was very helpful in arranging the order. Came on time as promised. Not had the chance to test the actual products yet but I'm confident that they will be of excellent quality.

I had a faulty gas attachment and the customer service was excellent, I emailed them and had a replacement within days.

I was recommended this frozen pizza dough and am really happy with it. We rented an accommodation for my mum’s 70th and it had a pizza oven so we wanted to make pizzas. I’ve never made pizza in this way before and they were really easy to use and follow instructions. The dough was delicious and everyone really enjoyed them and the experience. They arrived on time and all communication with the company was great.

Simple to put the pizza oven together. Well made and appears robust. Heats up quickly……perfecting our pizza cooking technique!

An AMAZING oven! I researched for months the perfect, reasonably priced, product. I have been making homemade pizzas since 2018 (own dough and tomato base), in a conventional oven. I changed nothing other than use this oven and I literally cannot explain how good the pizza is. It is without doubt restaurant quality. I am so happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone who is a homemade pizza enthusiast!!!! 5 Star!!!

Really good sourdough, fast delivery but let down by they fact that several of the doughballs were completely defrosted mush when I took it off the delivery guy.. I regularly get other frozen deliveries who package better a real shame because it’s a quality product that is worth the money but I’m hesitating to order again if it’s arriving defrosted

Unfortunately after a year (have used maybe 3 times total), the gas attachment no longer functions as it should - the only way to get a constant flow of gas is to hold the nozzle down, otherwise it cuts off. The warranty for the gas attachment is 1 year so we are sadly out of that and have been told we will need to purchase another for £100. Disappointed as an expensive piece of kit.
