product is fantastic. support in chat and phone responsive. The measuring device online was inaccurate and the shipping separated by several days. And I needed to return the extra boxes I had to order and that is prohibitive in shipping cost.

My initial “Sample” shipment was lost by the shipper. Woodupp fast-tracked a reorder immediately; they arrived in two days. The samples are the real deal. I just need to measure my walls and order now.

Beautiful wood slats that took a long time to get to me
The wood slats are very beautiful and look to be of good quality.
The edges of the front veneer really cause slivers, so care is needed to not run a bare hand over them.
It took a very long time for them to be in stock, and then they sat for a week before actually being shipped (I'm not sure why). This part could definitely be improved by either providing an accurate estimate when smoked larch would be in stock again, or letting me place my order while it was on back order. I almost left for another vendor during all the waiting.

Wood tone variation is unacceptable
We made a very large purchase to cover the ceiling in a 18’ x 25’ room, several thousand dollars. The panels are the Carolina light oak color and had noticeable variation in wood tone when they arrived. My contractor reached out to the company about the issue and was told that’s just the nature of the product. So when installed we now have a ceiling that looks like it has stripes, not the look we’re going for. The panels were lightly stained to try to even out the variations but beware adding stain or a finish voids any responsibility of WoodUpp to stand by their product. So a panel is sold at a premium price point, consists of wood tone variations, comes unfinished but voids warranty if stained to make it even and that’s suppose to be acceptable? Who wants a wall or ceiling with stripped wood? Perhaps in certain applications with low lighting this isn’t an issue but it certainly is for us. The concept in great and we hope it mediates sound concerns but overall I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Having now looked into your case more closely, we can see that the uneven appearance is unfortunately a result of the stain that was applied to the panels. Our panels come unfinished, and while they are beautiful in their natural state, applying a stain can cause uneven absorption depending on the technique and product used — which is what appears to have happened here.

Long term flexibility with quality panels and attachment systems.
Quality products! Sound attenuation surpassed our expectations. While the strips are only laminated, the underlying material appears to aid in the sound absorption. The Create items are expensive but set this panel product apart from all others once the wall is up. You now have flexibility and change ability in your wall decorations/entertainment choices without damaging panels.

You processed the refund in a timely fashion. I just wished you carried the panels in 108" lengths for 9' ceilings. 9' ceilings is VERY common in most homes now.

Very good experience. Their product is exactly what they advertising. Perhaps a bit expensive, but I am satisfied with quality. Very easy to mount. Fast shipping.
They need to give more instructions and sell some special tool o cut their panels across.
I also didn't expect that instead one big panel you will get two cut into two parts which are different size. This is not indicated anywhere when you are ordering them. I didn't expect that these two parts are slightly different size, I found this out only when started mounting them. This actually made me to change my plan and I had to order additional panel.

Beautiful Quality and Excellent Customer Service
I absolutely love these wood panels. The quality is excellent, and I even enjoy the natural scent of the wood in the room. They look incredibly stylish and luxurious while still adding warmth and softness to the space.
I installed them symmetrically on both sides of my bed, and the effect is amazing. Visually, the room feels taller, more elegant, and somehow softer and more inviting. At the moment, only one side is installed because I was waiting for the rest of my order, but even with just half completed, I can already tell the final result is going to look stunning.
I also want to mention the company’s customer service. Any issue or question that came up was addressed immediately. It's so refreshing to work with a company that is responsive, responsible, and genuinely easy to communicate with. They made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.
Highly recommend both the product and the company behind it.
