The communication from Woodupp was great. I had issues with my delivery address because the website could not validate it, but they were quick to respond and take care of the issue. The product is good quality, although too expensive IMO. The Akupanels are easy to work with and I really like the look of our finished wall. I like the accessories that you can add to the panels. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Stain on Walnut is still inconsistent. Also, one of the panels was scratched with what looked like a knife cut or razor.

The products are great. The only reason this isn't a 5-star is because I got a bill for $140 of customs fees AFTER I paid for the shipping.

Remote never worked with the LED lights, we tried calling, but sent to a European number and onhold for ever, disappointed.

Nice concept but expensive
Nice concept. Some accessories were out of stock. some accessories you have to buy the matching hardware (i.e.. black finger screws) separately. $30 per hook seems expensive. Using 3M Command Hooks would be more cost effective.

The product is excellent. Have really enjoyed the look and the quality. Shipping was surprisingly fast. I was a little short on my first estimate for how much I would need, and when I ordered just a single panel, it still arrived almost overnight. Would highly recommend.

Create Dupps Are Fantastic
I am extremely satisfied with the Create Dupps 7 piece set that I ordered. The hangers are super easy to install and to move, if necessary. I highly recommend this produce to hang pictures or for other displays.
