Damaged Products and Nonexistent Service
I ordered a stove and some accessories, but when I received it the stove was dented and scratched, and the glass ash lip was shattered upon arrival. After informing the company they told me that I would be receiving updates on a replacement of my items. After 5 months of waiting I emailed them to get a refund and have them come pick up the damaged products. Not only did they refuse to give a refund, but they also said that I was never supposed to get a new stove. Apparently I’ve been waiting 5 months for a can of touch up paint. So if you want to waste your time and money on an overpriced paper weight then I suggest you buy from this company. If you actually want a stove then you should buy from somewhere else.
