From start to finish everything was great - communication was prompt and efficient. Quality of products, delivery, packaging was very high! We purchase two products - garden pavilion and bbq. Pleased with both and recommend this company 100%!
Super helpful and trustful communication. Delivery organised perfectly. I got what I paid for... will do again soon

Very well made stove and it works much better and faster than I expected.
The price was very reasonable considering the materials and work involved to make it

Thank you for the great review!
We’re glad the stove heats faster and better than you expected. It’s built from solid materials, so it should serve you well for many years.
Enjoy it, and we’d be happy to help you again anytime!

Everything was good except that the package was packed upside down, e.g. when you open it, basement parts are at the very bottom so you have to reload everything just to get to right parts. Roof parts, which you need last, were on the top of package 🙈
Apart from that, which you will probably solve easily, everything else was very nice quality.
Would buy again.

Thank you for the kind words and the helpful feedback!
The packing order is intentional. The package is built for stability and protection during transport, so parts aren’t stacked in assembly order. That’s how we keep the delivery smooth and damage-free.
The best way to start is to unpack everything and sort the pieces by their numbers before assembling. It takes a little time at the start, but the assembly itself goes much faster afterwards.
We’re glad you’re happy with the quality, and we’d be happy to have you back anytime. Enjoy your new building!

Delivery to Germany took about 1 week. The driver couldn't get the hottub into the back garden, so my neighbor and I had to haul it around the house ourselves (definitely need two strong people!).
But once hooked up, its amazing. We heated it up last weekendtook under two hours to get hot. Quality of the wood and the tub itself is top notch. Great value compared to what local shops charge here. Would buy again!

Thank you so much for the great review! We’re really happy to hear you’re enjoying your hot tub and that it heated up so quickly.
Just to add for anyone reading: all our hot tubs are made to order for each customer, so production took around 4 weeks, followed by about 1 week for delivery to Germany.
And thanks to you and your neighbour for the teamwork! For other customers: delivery is to the nearest point the truck can reach, so if the tub needs to go into a back garden, it’s a good idea to have two strong helpers ready.
Enjoy many warm evenings in your new hot tub!
