I had purchased my floor tiles from the very helpful staff member at the store. When my walls were finished I realised the tiles werenot quite the right colour I wanted so on returning them they agreed to change them and again, loaded them into my car with no quibble whatsoever. They even 'lent' me a calk gun to finish off the job.. A lovely store and amazingly helpful staff. I would highly recommend them & will be returning.

These guys are amazingingly helpful nothing is too much trouble, from giving me plenty of colour options when making my selection (even routing around in the back for a couple more tiles that I needed when I was a little short during installation, then giving them to me for free !). Massive selection. Very competitively priced too and definitely worth the trip 'out of town'. Cannot recommend highly enough.

There are only few words that I can describe Laporsa. Great range of tiles, great customer service, excellent prices and prompt delivery. It was a pleasure dealing with all staff there and would have no second thoughts of buying from Laporsa again in future. Thank you for making my project effortless.
