Not appropriate for basketball events…
Not so much as going wrong but the samples you sent I wouldn't consider for our basketball events. Not just my opinion as I asked around. There are certain expectations of rewards and trophies in basketball and unfortunately the wooden samples don't meet the bill.

Excellent customer service from Zero Waste Medals
Whilst looking for a bespoke medal, I found Zero Waste Medals via Google. Their excellent customer services skills were characterised by swift and friendly responses to emails and a rapid turnaround of the product. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires their services.

Zero Waste Slate Swim Medals
I linked in with Zero Waste Medals and was not disappointed from start to finish. Really very helpful from the off set. Happy to discuss my ideas and implement designs. Communication was easy through out. The medals that have been produced are fantastic and will be a great reference to all my swims for 2025

From an orgranisers point
Zero Waste medals need to understand that an event organiser needs the confidence that the medals that they ordered 6 months before the event are delivered at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Not on the day of the event as happened to us.
Also, they need to responded to an organiser's request for samples of new designs and changes to the medals ordered. We asked twice for small design changes and a sample of new colour ways but no response. To be able to speak to somebody involved in the production of the medals would be useful.

What you’ve asked for comes after you pay.
As far as I can see you only opted for a free sample pack.
Further to that you didn’t reply with your logo either so how can we make what you want if you’ve not sent it in?
