Only small issue is that my delivery is packaged in a cardboard boxes. Unfortunately the first delivery one of the bags of dog food had burst in the box. Second delivery the courier handed me a box which was empty and the dog food separately, second box with contents was ok. Maybe the boxes used for packaging should smaller. With regard to dog food have been using this for years and no problems or issues with my dogs.

I’m genuinely sorry about the delivery issues you experienced. That’s not the standard we aim for at all. I will be raising a complaint with DPD regarding the way the parcels were handled, as dog food should never arrive damaged or separated from its packaging.
We’re also actively reviewing our box sizes and packing methods to help prevent this happening again in future.

Still waiting for DX to deliver my bag…
Sneyds read my review below and contacted me as their customer. They chased DX and have arranged a new bag of food to be sent and delivered by DPD tomorrow - can’t say fairer than that - superb customer service.
Still waiting for DX to deliver my bag of food. I did delay delivery until last Friday but was advised later in the day that they would be unable to deliver and asking me to reschedule which I did for today Monday 8th Dec - had text to say out for delivery (1405-1605) but nothing yet and I can’t track - why did you move from DPD?
We pay a lot for delivery ☹️😡

Personal service from people who care
We have 4 working dogs and over many years have selected this product for its nutritional value and supplements; our dogs love it too! When there was a delivery issue (their carrier's fault, not Sneyd's), their Managing Director personally dealt with it to our satisfaction and is reviewing courier to avoid future delivery issues.
