This website is a fraud, if they send you the wrong item they will ask you to take a reduced amount as a voucher. if you insist you want to return the item you will have to bear the cost yourself, they are based in China and the cheapest without counting how much it weighs is £14!

Please note this is clearly a scam website - the lack of payment protection, no company address or phone number is a massive giveaway! I understand this targets an age group who may not be tech savvy, but these are basic things to look out for - the lack of information on the website is a big red flag! You must all report the website the NCSC (The National Cyber Security Centre) - ask your children/grandchildren/younger friends to help with this. Enough reports via them and to search engines website appears will result in the website being taken down at the very least, if fraud is suspected an investigation will be opened.

They don’t deserve the 1 star. I couldn’t move on without but they deserve minus 5. I had the same problems as everyone else. I rubbish bra. They refused to give me my money back. I was offered £5.. then £6.. then £7 they got a bit scared when they found out I had opened a dispute with American Express who I bout the bra through. I was then offered £20 but only if I closed the dispute. I refused American Express have been wonderful and fought the case and refunded. Me the full amount. I can’t praise them enough. Please don’t order from these scammers. You will lose your money and end up with rubbish

DO NOT BUY! This company is out to scam you of your hard-earned cash. It's a great deal, but not for the what you get, and trying to get your money back if like trying to get blood out of a stone.

DO NOT trust this company. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them. The bras I bought were feeble and ill fitting, but they steadfastly refuse to refund the £54 and put every obstacle in the way. They have even suggested I sell the goods and recoup some of my losses that way.

Disgusting company. Got three bras from them total rubbish, got the same thing from Temu fora quarter of the price and can return.

WMbrashop is a total scam and agree with all the other reviews written, their behaviour is beyond belief..

I totally agree with all the other reviews this is a disgraceful company and I cannot return the bra and get a refund. I see they are on Amazon and I have highlighted the problems to Amazon as they should not be dealing with them. It is beyond belief that a company can be so bad.

Buyer beware. Expensive shoddy goods. Badly finished, cheap and tatty! Do not believe the hype! I bought one because I need heart surgery and I thought this bra would be just right but it’s so badly made it will cause more harm than good! I haven’t even attempted to go the returns route after reading others experiences - why throw good after bad!!! Will never use Facebook marketplace again!

Got 3 bras very poor quality still trying to return them company won't give me return address offering £25 voucher and finally £8 refund and advising me that returns go missing and it costs £20 -£30 for shipping. Bras cost me £54 I am an OAP..There advert on the web is very misleading promises a real good bra but delivers crap. Very poor quality for the money. Someone needs to look into this how doe they get away with this. Wish I'd read the reviews first .BEWARE

This company should be avoided at all costs. Do not even think of ordering anything from them. They appear to be based in UK. They are not. They are based in China. The goods are poorly made and not fit for purpose. They advertise a return/refund policy but do not point out that you are expected to pay for shipping in each direction. I.e. if you return an item for a refund they deduct the cost of shipping the item to you and expect you to pay for the return postage to them in China. So by the time you have deducted these costs you may expect a refund of less than half your original payment. They try to fob you off with small refunds and vouchers. Who would want a voucher for a company that sells such rubbish? Also, the address they gave me in China for their return did not seem to exist as the tracking app said that delivery had been attempted on 3 occasions and there was no-one home! Whether it was ever received by anyone I do not know. After weeks of argument I finally got a partial refund via Paypal but I am still seriously out of pocket. Companies like this should be made to go out of business as soon as this dodgy behaviour comes to light.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I received the so-called ‘bra’ from Wmbra, a.k.a HEOMAI Co. Ltd., on 31st January 2024. Since then I have spent a month trying to get a refund. Other reviewers contacted Paypal and got full refunds so I opened a resolution case with Paypal as I had paid through them for the useless tat I received, which purported to be a bra. Heomai insisted on offering me derisory sums of £4, £5, £6, £7 and I could keep the bra which had cost me £32.99 altogether. I refused all offers and told them I would go for a resolution case with Paypal. Heomai pleaded with me not to go to Paypal and even claimed that a refund via Paypal would affect my credit score and bank account! Eventually Paypal replied that I should return the bra to China at my expense to get a full refund. I pointed out that other people had stated on Trustpilot they had received a full refund through Paypal via the resolution process and my case was exactly the same. I was told that each case was ‘assessed on its merits’. It appears that my ‘merits’ somehow differ from others who have ordered from Heomai – even though every detail matches other reviewers. So I'm not very enamoured with Paypal either. Finally, Heomai came back to me with another offer - £15 partial refund and I could keep the bra; if I closed my case with Paypal. I accepted. I was then asked for a screenshot of the closed case before they could proceed with the refund. I was contacted again to say that my refund would be referred to the “higher-ups” (as they put it) in the company to verify that the case was closed and the refund could go ahead. So I waited … no further contact. As I suspected, they wanted me to close the Paypal case with no intention of giving me the £15 and, as expected, they had won! I knew I was fighting a losing battle from the outset, but I had to try for my own satisfaction. They keep our money, while we get no recompense unless we pay over £20 for the return to China – and even then I’d be doubtful about getting a refund. The useless bra is in the bin! I told Heomai to read the reviews on Truspilot regarding their company and they had the nerve to tell me not to trust what I read!! PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH Wmbra/HEOMAI CO.LTD.

How I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing.
The product is extremely poor quality and unwearable. There is no phone number or address on the site and NO RESPONSE to multiple emails requesting a 'return authorisation code' as per the instructions on their site, so return of items is deliberately made impossible.
I've lodged a formal complaint via PayPal and requested a full refund.

I can only reiterate every single comment already made below, don't even touch this company with an extended bargepole! I would rate them as a "minus five star" if I could.
Shoddy goods and non existent return facilities, their website claims " buy in confidence". In confidence of being scammed!
In the hope that previous customers may see this, please approach your credit card company, if you made payment by this method, they may be able to assist with a "charge back ". Bank advice is to NEVER buy anything without research via TrustPilot. Report to the Advertising Standards Agency if you have fallen foul of scam advertising, such as with this company.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company. I ordered a bra. I thoroughly checked their 'sizing'. Their chart is not correct. The bra arrived, and was the wrong size. it took me six days of emails to try and get a UK postal returns address. Unfortunately this was in CHINA. The shipping label was a UK address but you cannot return to UK. I really hope I get a FULL REFUND. Have no idea. Waste of money and time. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

Like all other complainants if possible, I wouldn't give them any stars. I ordered three bras which looked good on the adverts, but when they arrived were unsuitable, and after many exchanges of emails I discovered they were in China, not mentioned in the adverts. They make it impossible to return the goods due to the cost of postage, and have no intention of refunding any money, apart from a paltry £7.00p.

they will not refund bras that do not fit, and my guess is none of them do, unless you pay postage back to China. They are rubbish, made of flimsy material with no support, i bought 3 and none of them fit. They need to change the way they measure, can't calculate a breast measurement by your weight. They offer £6 refund i paid £60. do not buy from them.

This company sent me 3 bras which I will never be able to cram myself into. I just wish I had read all this first.
They are offering me a replacement bra (I paid for 3)
but there will be shipping costs of £14. I want a full refund but seem to be emailing a AI answer machine

This company actually operates out of China and offers no refund of monies when goods are not as described .
The bra on the website is obviously a different product from the one that is shipped out from China.
The bra I received was appalling, thin material, no substance to it, the cups gape I could go on.

I ordered 4 bras from thus company, I followed their size guide and selected the correct size for me, when the items came, they were about 3 sizes too small. I contacted the company by email, the replies were in German with English translation available
This company used a couple of white English people on their advert and falsely established they were based in the UK. Following several emails between us. They offered me 5GBP refund or 40GBP to spend on goods costing over £50. They stared it would not be worthwhile returning the goods and taking a replacement as it would not be cost effective for me as all the postage fees would be at my expense. I noted they are based in China
I hope this company can be stopped from trading all together. There appears to be a few other companies doing the same actions - misrepresenting quality of goods. I noted thar Amazon is also selling their product. Maybe they could be approached about this issue. There are enough reviews on here to prove how dishonest this company is! I would also be contacting Rip Off Britain.

I ordered 2 bras which they claimed would offer support and uplift. In fact all they do is sag down to the midriff. This product is so hopeless I would almost call it a scam.They will only offer me a full refund if I pay a princely sum to send them, tracked and signed for, all the way back to China. So instead I agreed on a £4 refund and keep the bras. Of course this is against British consumer law but life is too short to take action against a company based in China, so I'm doing the next best thing and warning people against their products.
