Scam scam scam

1 star is too generous.
I wish I had checked re this company before wasting my hard earned money. The website makes dresses look gorgeous - when they did eventually arrive they were absolutely disgusting, cheap and nasty material and utterly awful. Tried emailing, using contact forms on website and responding to order email, no response at all. I can’t afford to loose this money, so angry. Shame on you!!

SCAM! Do not use. Bought a camera and it never arrived despite bogus shipping updates saying it had “arrived at the email processing centre” and “about to distribute to post office”. Load of sh it.

Terrible quality tried to return. Paid £13 posted. 3 months later the package arrives back undeliverable. out of pocket for dress and postage

Dress arrived and extremely cheap material and nothing like the picture! I contacted the company for a refund and they emailed me and asked me to return the item (I had to pay for postage) 3 months ago later, my parcel has been returned “return to sender” so I’m still trying to get my money back!!!! AVOID

Unfortunately, I have been scammed. I bought two dresses for £72.00, returned them, and am still waiting for a refund. I assume there is no way of getting the money back.

Their website states, "The Store is Unavailable"

0 stars for this one! Same experience as others, returned a dress (very poor quality) in October and I still have not had my refund and the company will not respond to any emails! They were quick enough to respond when I wanted to arrange a return, they just don’t want to give your money back! Do not order from this company! They are thieves!

I ordered two dresses the size. The material was shocking and nothing like the images you see. I returned the dresses and have still not received my refund so I am £80 down. I keep emailing and no reply and there is not a contact number to get hold of them grrrr

it happen to me beginning of August bought two dresses spent £80 and 8 weeks later after the wedding I was going to one turned up. The other one never came . Size Med more like an 8 and fabric is crap :(.

Absolute rubbish. Cheap Chinese bad quality. Nothing like the pictures. No return address or info or replies. Said 100% viscose but in fact is 100% polyester. Avoid! These companies should not be allowed to advertise on social media. Would give 0 stars

I ordered a cocktail dress that looked amazing on the website. Thought I had done enough checks on line and also thought the company was in UK. Dress arrived crumpled is a small plastic bag, material very cheap and didn’t fit. When clicking the company link to return the dress the website is no longer accessible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

Not one to write bad reviews. However, I ordered a dress in August and it is still not arrived. Would stay away from this business. Feel completely scammed!

These people have scammed me. I paid 39.95 for a dress and nothing!!! Their website is down. Assholes!!!

Same as everyone else robbed ! Trying to get a refund as paid on credit card - these people need finding and sorting out - nothing but low life criminals and scammers and we all fell for it !

Experienced the same as everyone else. I ordered a dress, received after 3 weeks, poor quality, tried to organise refund and website down. I’ve emailed but no-one has got back to me. Not sure what else I can do.

Poor quality items. Not from uk. Took 3 weeks for my 2 dresses to arrive. I’ve then spent £15 on return postage to an Alicia Gomez in china. Over a month since I returned the 2 dresses that look sod all like the website. Nearly £100 on 2 dresses and postage and zero response from the company. DO NOT ORDER!!

🚩🛑Recived my item after 4 week. Cheap material, made in china, came in a cheap plastic bag, no branding on it , looks nothing like the picture and does not fit. Terrible avoid avoid avoid! 😡

Same as everyone else, misrepresented as London company. Piece of material with broken zip arrived wont refund unless i pay to return to China or 20% back and i keep. I will be taking further and have reported to Trading Standards.

Would not even give 1 star. Ordered a dress that took 5 weeks to come. I emailed on numerous occasions to ask for an update on the order with no reply. The dress came and was of a terrible quality so I emailed again to ask for instructions on how to return it. Again no reply. Complete waste of money as dress cannot be worn and I am now out of pocket as no return information and no other way to contact them other than email which they just ignore.
